What mod are they part of?

i figured it out you need to open the Canon breach before you start loading it with the mecanical arms then when they load it it automatically closes and opens the breach again
im not really familiar with curseforge on macs, but you dont need to create folder. You just download zip file and press import button on your modpacks page

Currently we can't autoload munition in a medium cannon (That's a bug)
it works perfectly fine in tank tussle

And it automatically gets rid of the empty cartridges so a smart chute isn't needed to get rid of the cartriges
