+SkittishYew FTW Yeah, I know. The options are many, but I still prefer a proper product. Fanatec already made one. That makes me think that Thrustmaster will do soon as well.

The xbox wheel has 900 degrees rotation, PS4 version has 1080 degrees. Why do I feel like they're mocking xboxs ability to play at 900p compared to PS4 playing at 1080p? ;D
Could you do a comparison video between the G920 and the TMX? And between the TX and the TMX please? I'm thinking of getting a sort of "mid range" wheel and these seem like the best choice, so it'd really help me out. Thanks in advance
+HappyPhilXD It has better FFB than G27 I can feel that, But the platic on the Wheel :( its not nice, I wish the rubber grip was all over the wheel and not just in 2 places.
Yes there are really light, T3PA are light to :( and with that hard conica brake they must be hard mount. There are 2 way sticker to stick them down.... if you have carpet there are conical stickers so they don't move
+CaptainBigleux2833 We got the wheel the day before. It was just a first look. If you watch this review, the wheel feels identical.. ruclips.net/video/MJoZyCWUhDs/видео.html . It's the XBox version of the T150. Review will be coming early in May.
+Inside Sim Racing thanks, I forgot about the T150 (not a PS4 guy). So I watched your T150 review, and I'm very surprised about the same FFB feeling, considering the hardware difference (dual belt VS belt + gear).
Of course like three weeks after I buy my t150 they fucking go ahead and make one for Xbox which is the console I would have preferred it on lol. Can't win them all I guess.
+Jawan Meizu I ordered my T150 yesterday and i have an xbox not a playstation... i dont like wheels for forza games anyway... my freind had one and i just didnt like it... the T150 prob has drivers for the xbox, or i might be able to rewire it to work with the xbox, and the T150 looks a million times cooler.
Thomas Harbauer Yea, the T150 for the xbox one looks cooler then the PS4 one... Plus, why dont they released the T150 wheel for the PS4, XO, and PC? That what Fanatec did when they have the porsche 911 wheels... If I remember.
i dont know if my wheel is broken but everytime i crash or go serious offroading, the standard steering lock will lock somewhere else. (for example, when i turn my wheel to the left, the game thinks that the wheel is at the correct lock.) anyway on how i can fix this problem?
I can't get this wheel to work with Project Cars for the Xbox one.... I love this wheel for games like Dirt Rally and Forza and recently purchased Project Cars, but I am very disappointed I can't get this to work properly.... I do not want to play Project Cars with a standard controller.... : ( HELP...
Im just wondering now there is TMX wheel for the xbox one does this mean other wheels like the Trustmaster T300RS become compatible with the xbox one ? would be nice if it did .
so I got this recently with an Xbox one and have been having an issue with the wheel itself, I tried playing Forza Horizon 4 with the wheel, but there was one problem, the wheel was automatically doing the steering. I could control it slightly but it just took control of itself. I have used the Thrustmaster T80 Ferrari 488 GTB for my Playstation 4 before this plenty of times, and have never had this issue. If anyone has had this problem as well please tell me or if there is a way, a way to fix this issue
Darin it would be nice to say if these Pedals are like T150 with Foam at the end or like T300RS with harder spring . People are keep asking me , about these TMX pedals.
Lars Borgman Quick Reply , thank you very much my friend. If its ok I would like to ask you... I have the Default PS t300rs Wheel spare I don't use it anymore ( the wheel not the servo) and I want to put it on T150 Servo , I have found a way to place it and make it steady , the problem is the wire connection, I had to cut the wires inside the T300 and T150 wheel , and now I have to connect the wires from T300 wheel on T150 pcb Servo . Can you help ? Thanks again
no problem. i think thats very difficult because you have to solder them. do they have a colur ? because then its easy but if not, i think you have to try to solder them right or do it wrong and then map the buttons in your game settigs if you can. Lars
Hi, I'm late to the party on this, but I need to know one thing. Can any of the buttons be mapped for R3/L3 (joystick buttons)? These are needed for accessing some info panels and such in FM (perhaps other games), like in the tuning menus the new FM7 requires pressing joystick buttons for info on what each tuning feature does. Camber, gear ratios, etc.. Also, do you recommend this wheel as an upgrade from 458 Spider wheel, for someone who doesn't want to break the bank? Or should I go to the next level up? Thanks!
+Four All no, not really but you could use your xbox with an elegato and stream it to the pc and then you can cut diffrent areas of the live picture out with open broadcaster software and stream them to your tablet or small monitor wich is your second pc monitor

Is it just me, or did Thrustmaster move to an internal power supply with the TMX as they've done with the 220-240V version of the T150 sold in Europe? This looks like the ideal backup wheel for a TX in case the TX decides to break, but after seeing the contents of the TX's (and, presumably, the T300's) internal power supply, I can't say I have much faith in the quality of Thrustmaster's internal power supplies, which leaves me a bit worried about the TMX.
+Inside Sim Racing An internal power supply, then... hmm, can't say I'm reassured hearing that. My own tests on the TX's internal power supply gave me some pretty ugly results, with the power supply sometimes putting out almost 10V more than what it's rated for (it's rated 25V, but can put out as much as 34V) on top of the overall design of the supply being just BARELY adequate for the job (perhaps even borderline since I've seen multiple reports of blown power supplies on the TX), and the voltage isn't even constant, it just keeps going all over the place from 34V down to 24V and everything in between. I did send a message to Thrustmaster regarding what I found, but who knows what they will do with that information. They could use it to build a more robust power supply or just throw it in the trash.
will this need to be pluged in to a PC to update it or anything before it can be used on an xbox? my laptop kinda sets fire to its self so i dont really trust it XD

These just arrived in the Philippines for roughly 260 US$, same price point as the T150. I suppose I shouldn't complain about the extra $60 but it hurts nonetheless.
The TMX hits the market this Friday and I'm really looking into buying one. Will you have a review video up by Friday? I watch the review on the 150 for PS3/4 and I assume this is basically the same wheel. I'm still deciding whether to go with the TMX or just buy a TX. Please advise.
This might be what I am looking for... I wanted something that was reasonable in price for the xbox one that offered force feedback. I have the Microsoft force feedback wheel for the Xbox 360 and enjoyed it and wanted something similar without spending $300 plus dollars. I think $200 is still a lot especially compared to what I paid for the Microsoft Wheel years ago. Anyway I will keep an eye on this when it comes out. I do have a question.... Must you connect this to a pc? I currently do not have a working pc and would only use this wheel with the Xbox One- should I be fine with never connecting this to a pc for driver updates???
I received this wheel already (got it from amazon- (3rd party seller, but it was a new Thrustmaster TMX). I love it so far- just played Dirt Rally so far and my times have vastly improved. I need a better setup (better table), but I am very happy with this wheel. Worked perfectly right out of the box with the Xbox One. I am not an expert and my only past experience with a force feedback wheel was with the official Microsoft Wheel that was out for the Xbox 360. This feels great and my wife is happy that I didn't spend $300-$400 on a wheel. Thanks again for this video.
I know i am really Late but i have a few questions, And hope to get some answers :) I am looking to buy my first wheel after my bungee wheel for Ps2 back when i was like 5. I have done some research and came to the conclusion i was going to get a g920 for the xbox One. Then i saw the th8a shifter and fell in love, seeing the logitech shifter i changed my mind to get a thrustmaster. So now i'm thinking of getting the Tmx, together with th8a shifter and tp3a pedals ( price will be 440 euros ). This is allot of money for me and i really don't want to spend more, actually i think this is already too much,. But... I would also like to change the disk wheel later on, and this is not possible with the tmx. So should i go for the Tx? Wich will also save me having to buy the t3pa right? So i'll only have to buy the th8a and later on a bigger wheel. Any tips or things i should know? What do you think i should get? Thanks
Yeah, just seems like they could have taken a TX added some different buttons and rewired it inside the wheel and sold a new wheel instead of an entire... Oh now I see the problem. Never mind. :)
+JayTac1 I have a T150 (same tech as TMX) which I got after a DFGT. The T150's steering and FFB definitely has a premium feel to it, more so than the DFGT. The T150 pedals aren't as good in build quality though. Both sets are plastic, but the T150 pedals are extra flimsy and don't stay on the ground (read: they flip away like paper) when you brake meaning you have to keep both feet grounded. They do the job, and with better resolution, but not great. Humourously the pedals are ripped from the T80. If they had to do all plastic it would've been good if they at least made a DFGT level of plastic quality that could stay grounded under pressure.
ApexAero it's kinda when the steering gets harder and steers without you touching it when you have understeer or go over kerbs, spin or have understeer etc
Ha "wide" foot plate. They're the same pedals as the $100. I'm not complaining about why they kept them since this is a budget force feedback wheel just that I can't keep both feet on there so I end up have a foot floating waiting to press the breaks. I'm guessing you're reading what TM said it was so no fire to you guys.
***** 19. The reason why I try to keep both feet on the foot plate is because I don't have a good rig. Ha if you could a living room dinner table as a rig then that my rig. My feet aren't too big size 9.5 but I feel weird having my feet dangle outside the table because then I have to bring it in to hit the brakes and I end up hitting the table.
They're identical, same base, same force feedback etc. only difference is that it looks different, the compatibility and the degrees of rotation. T150 has 1080 and TMX has 900. So if you're gonna buy this for PC only it doesn't really matter what you pick (if I was you I'd probably go with the T150 Ferrari Edition but that's just personal preference :P)
+Ty's Kicks And More Depends on the budget. If it's like the t150, the TMX wont be compatible with the T3PA pedals or TH8A shifter, but if you want a decent wheel for the price and dont mind not having a manual w/ clutch set up, the TMX will be just fine. However, if you dont mind spending a bit more for a TX, get the TX.
Great. Now I need $200 (a tall order for a high school freshman) so I can get a wheel that's better in every way shape and form, than my $100 458 spider wheel. Time to start saving up.
This wheel is trash, I bought one. The wheel does not recenter itself when using, you have to turn the wheel back by yourself. I will be returning mine tomorrow.
Finally, something affordable from thrustmaster that works on the xbox one that is not total shit.
+XboxSkateVids yu right bro
+Lars Borgman i just want a wheel thats compatible with all the shifters and pedals and shit that wont break the bank. think this is finally it haha
+XboxSkateVids I would probably argue the total shit point, but we'll see.
+JZStudiosonline only time will tell
+XboxSkateVids yeah! bought the 458 Italia Wheel for 100 dollars and it broke just months after
OMG.... I WILL BUY THIS AS SOON AS ITS READY TO COME OUT
Still waiting for Thrustmaster to release a handbrake...
u can build on too, that's what I did
+SkittishYew FTW Yeah, I know. The options are many, but I still prefer a proper product. Fanatec already made one. That makes me think that Thrustmaster will do soon as well.
+FiBriX th8a swivels sidways into analog mode and acts as a handbrake.
The th8a shifter has a handbrake mode that does work well
+Davy15 I don't think that works on xbox
damn thrustmaster is basically dominating the market right now. Even I use one
good to know that even more good quality wheels are coming out at an affordable price - good job.
thanks isrtv
I have the wheel and the only gripe I have is the d pad. It feels low quality whenever i use it.
I've been meaning to ask you guys if there was any expectation of an XB1 version of the T150 - and here it is. I actually like the look of this rim over the stock TX rim.
Can it be hard mounted on a playseat platform?
Can you please start doing like 10 to 20 seconds in the video showing the sound that the product puts out because this is a big point for me because once I get a wheel I will start uploading on my channel videos similar to the test drives that Billy makes.
So I got my TMX today. Hooked it up, everything works well, but...the sound on the games are spotty. Anyone know how to fix this issue?
can you use a th8a shifter with the pedals that are in the box or do you need to buy other pedals
I am trying to use the thrustmaster th8 shifter on my pc but it's not being recognized (windows 10). And the programs to do a firmware update aren't working. The program keeps quitting. Any ideas how to make windows 10 detect the th8a?
heck yeah this is what I've been waiting for!
Is there auto-clutch in this wheel? If I'm correct you can use this option on the TX version.
The xbox wheel has 900 degrees rotation, PS4 version has 1080 degrees. Why do I feel like they're mocking xboxs ability to play at 900p compared to PS4 playing at 1080p? ;D
i guess they should release one for pc that has 2160 degrees...
Could you do a comparison video between the G920 and the TMX? And between the TX and the TMX please? I'm thinking of getting a sort of "mid range" wheel and these seem like the best choice, so it'd really help me out. Thanks in advance

Hongtao nope, only TX
How do u use a headset with this wheel?
you need to plug in headphones to your xbox controller
These just arrived in the Philippines for roughly 260 US$, same price point as the T150. I suppose I shouldn't complain about the extra $60 but it hurts nonetheless.
The TMX hits the market this Friday and I'm really looking into buying one. Will you have a review video up by Friday? I watch the review on the 150 for PS3/4 and I assume this is basically the same wheel. I'm still deciding whether to go with the TMX or just buy a TX. Please advise.
The TX is better but cost way more. Just ordered a TMX on amazon for 172$.
sooo do u need to download the app to use the wheel reply please!?!?
No of course not
how about the pedals?
+Chris P good but the feel a bit cheap but the are durable and its ok
Do You Know If It Will Work For The Crew Wild Run Edition?
+b3ars 5513 It should, you should check the compatibility chart here: ts.thrustmaster.com/eng/index.php?pg=view_files&gid=12&fid=83&pid=415&cid=12
Don't buy a wheel for a game like that, at least get forza motorsport
which shifters work with this wheel
say sumthin TH8A
This might be what I am looking for...
+toddgabweg I ran it in this video without updates.
thank you... I ordered one... looking forward to playing Dirt Rally with this wheel.
I know i am really
Late but i have a few questions,
And hope to get some answers :)
I am looking to buy my first wheel after my bungee wheel for Ps2 back when i was like 5.
Thanks
I think you should do that
Becuz it will be better to buy that tx and that amazing shifter 😍😍😍😍
So.....TX vs TMX?
TX is better quality
+ReboyGTR budget question and do you want to mount diffrent eco system wheels
+brvt1000 yes me to because i want to change the wheel
Surprised that the wheel is not compatible with the rest of the line.
+SpatialDragon The T150 is that way as well. They had to cut corners somewhere to get it under $200. ;-)
Yeah, just seems like they could have taken a TX added some different buttons and rewired it inside the wheel and sold a new wheel instead of an entire... Oh now I see the problem. Never mind. :)
Stupid question but , does it work with xbox one s ?
Ziampo 16 yes
Will this be better than the dfgt?
+JayTac1 yes of course
Whats force feedback? Plz reply
ApexAero it's kinda when the steering gets harder and steers without you touching it when you have understeer or go over kerbs, spin or have understeer etc
Dan A k
I will buy the wheel tomorow :D
what is the game u was playing?
+Thrilla - Gaming, GFX & More Dirt Rally I believe
DiRT Rally
wheel is delayed ????
kENTA*MSW* what????
What should i get, Tmx or G920?
i just got the g920 hope i made the right choice
August Borg tmx
thrustmaster tmx pro(3 pedals)
force feedback is good as g27 ??
Yup, its stronger and smoother.
Renan Póvoa better
Does it somehow work with the Xbox 360?
Kasper Koiduste yea if you have the brooks concerter
Can you take the rim off the wheel base???
FedoraSmoker no
i want to buy a wheel!
buy the tmx or t150?
I'd say the Tmx
Luis Conchello thanks for your answer, my friend :D
They're identical, same base, same force feedback etc. only difference is that it looks different, the compatibility and the degrees of rotation. T150 has 1080 and TMX has 900. So if you're gonna buy this for PC only it doesn't really matter what you pick (if I was you I'd probably go with the T150 Ferrari Edition but that's just personal preference :P)
T150 for sure
Should I get TX or TMX?
+Ty's Kicks And More Depends on the budget. If it's like the t150, the TMX wont be compatible with the T3PA pedals or TH8A shifter, but if you want a decent wheel for the price and dont mind not having a manual w/ clutch set up, the TMX will be just fine. However, if you dont mind spending a bit more for a TX, get the TX.
I should go with the TX :)
+Kevin Sortor Thats not true.. you didn't watch this video or our video on the T150. Both are compatible with the T3PA and TH8A
+Kevin Sortor Matter of fact, I was driving in this video with T3PA pedals and using the TH8A shifter in sequential mode
Inside Sim Racing Typed the comment before I watched the whole thing. So you can use all ecosystem products on the TMX but not the T150? that's odd.
how does it compare to logitech g27?
+Chris P yeah
this or the g920 cos in the uk the g920 is ony £30 more
200€ OK cool, but driving a A110 with palettes...that's hurt, and the price of the shifter + pedals with clutch is terribly high !!!!
This or the G27?
Great. Now I need $200 (a tall order for a high school freshman) so I can get a wheel that's better in every way shape and form, than my $100 458 spider wheel. Time to start saving up.
Sell the old wheel for money towards the new one
Use your Spider extremely hard until it breaks, then send it back to thrustmaster on warranty for a full refund
sounds like you are reading a Thrustmaster provided script...
Awesome review...i mean infomercial
+TheKwod Never called this a review. It's a first look. We got it the day before ;-)
Inside Sim Racing ok, let ya off the hook....
thanks!
If you could change the rim on the tmx/t150 I would buy one. but like this... naah
thanks
I got mine and it came broken :P
Just bought this wheel. What a POS! The games don't recognize the force feedback so there is none when I play. Had two hours of fun then I went back.
Plastic feelings... or not?
"Budget wheel" THAT SHIT $200!
'High end wheel' THAT SHIT $1300! :P
You can alway get the non force feedback wheel for $99...
+Beastly Dookie you can get wheels for 4000 to 5000 bucks man
+Lars Borgman which wheel?
ok sorry i thought the simxperience but its cheaper now and i am from eurpe
This wheel is trash, I bought one. The wheel does not recenter itself when using, you have to turn the wheel back by yourself. I will be returning mine tomorrow.
Dang Breh mine does?
Dang Breh youre trash with it
