I know from experience how difficult it is to defend against complete beginners. Amazing job by the ufc fighter, people need to realize how hard it is to defend against a total beginner if you can't throw back, weird as it sounds.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but he literally just has to cover up his head since they only punch at his head? And these untrained people don't do any feints at all, which makes it much more predictable.
@@superbarnie You are wrong, against a trained fighter you recognize techniques, and your reflexes can kick in, against a beginner your reflexes are worthless because they don't throw techniques correctly, so if you would defend correctly you actually get hit. They will punch themself out quickly and be very inefficient with their energy use, and won't generate full torque on their strikes, but if the goal is just avoid getting hit without countering, you are much better off going against a decent opponent, who has learned correct technique, learned rythm, but not yet learned how to effectively use feints, set traps and break rythm. Nice work! I recently got recommended a video from "KarateMart" not sure if you know them but you should seriously do a review of their stuff it's hilariously dangerous (for people who take them seriously)
Sarah Michelle Gellar had a pretty bad heavy bag scene in either season 6 or season 7 of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Sarah is actually a legitimate Taekwondo black belt and she does some of her own stunts, despite the show making liberal and obvious use of stunt doubles as well (you can always spot Sarah's double because her arms are like 3X as thick, haha). As you might expect she does extremely well with fancy kicks and large, circular motions but her straight punches looked pretty comical. It doesn't help that she's like 5'4" and 95 pounds portraying a character with super strength; the heavy bag barely even budges when she hits it full force.
I honestly suspect her black belt in TKD is about as legit as Ashton Kutcher's brown belt in BJJ. Think whatever you want about TKD masters' fighting abilities, but they are incredibly athletic and light on their feet. Lorenzo Lamas is a legit TKD black belt, he is probably twice as heavy as Sarah Michelle Gellar, and yet in a fight scene he looks lighter than her. She can barely raise her foot above waist-level, and she can't even make a fist.
He only gave him a little love tap and was so restrained, The guy was a big scary beast but showed he was humble. Its like when your sparring partners gives you a little check hook softly to remind you to keep your hands up you normally go thanks dude and have more fun he on other hand was like he touched my face enough is enough i showed you good how to block punches with my face let that be a lesson to you
A terrible heavy bag was in GI Joe Retaliation with Dwayne Johnson hitting it. It was like he forgot what he was supposed to do and kind of elbowed it, and figured they would film it again and they never did. I've definitely seen little league coaches give harder pats on the back.

That fighter looked like he could have taken a chair shot to the face without blinking. ... and the bald guy looked pretty tough too 😉

Not the note at the end about taking tkd as a kid 💀
He only gave him a little love tap and was so restrained, The guy was a big scary beast but showed he was humble.
Its like when your sparring partners gives you a little check hook softly to remind you to keep your hands up you normally go thanks dude and have more fun he on other hand was like he touched my face enough is enough i showed you good how to block punches with my face let that be a lesson to you
A terrible heavy bag was in GI Joe Retaliation with Dwayne Johnson hitting it. It was like he forgot what he was supposed to do and kind of elbowed it, and figured they would film it again and they never did. I've definitely seen little league coaches give harder pats on the back.
my reaction to the last guy talking shit after they decided to go full force was, and i quote: "ohhhhh SHIT, he bouta get SHRECKED"
The blue shirted man is an expert in tilting martial artists as we can see twice in this video
I wanted the ufc fighter to liver left hook punch the blue guy , followed by a left uppercut ,Mike Tyson style..i'd pay hundreds to see that.
Would have liked to see the contestants fight eachother😂
Even from this video, we can already see that their punch not even any hurt if they land lol. the pro just dodging them to make them happy
The last guy is that guy who wiffs one punch on the heavybag and quits
Roadhouse has the worst bag work and I won't pretend it doesnt
Prince Naseem Hamed reference, haven’t heard that name in YEARS
“Then don’t talk so much!” 😂😂 great advice
Great video Seth, but I have very important question! What is the music in your Capitan America Shield video between 8:50 and 9:50?
I really need to know!
Seth! You should do a giveaway where the prize is spending an hour training with you :)
I know it's not original, but damn they punch him like I punch in my dreams.
I mean I don't think it was horrid, but id be interested on your opinion on Captain America bag work in the Avengers
He wasn't even practicing, just angrily slamming his hands into the bag to burn off his emotional issues.
Dora the Explorer vs polish John Cena 😂 what a time to be alive
My wife gets mad when we watch Medieval shows/movies and I comment on how shit the armor is.
"Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the face."
Nah, you have a great beard
Hey Seth. I have a reaction request.
Would you please do fight scenes from “The Perfect Weapon” with Jeff Speakman?
Roy Jones Jr vs Joes was pretty amazing. Nearly Ko'ed one of them with pillows on his hands.
Dude in the blue shirt looks like Tommy Pope with a touch of the tism. And Ksos looks like a commander of the AZOV battalion
Loved that ending :-D
Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the face ;-)
1:35 The Raid 2: Prison Wall Scene
You can find it here on RUclips, or just go watch the movie and you'll what I'm talking about
I feel like glasses wants blood now 😅
I mean, the guy was obviously joking around. lol
Sick lat spread
That guy in the blue shirt...I can't even. He may as well have said, "I learned everything I know from watching ninja turtles".
He was clearly joking. Like, it's extremely obvious that he was making fun of the entire situation because he knows that matching him up with a professional MMA fighter is an absurd idea.
Dude is scary AF... If I saw him in a dark alley; definitely taking the long way around... The dude's bicep is the same size as my waist..
For this exercise, he should be able to push with one hand.
Krzysztof retired citing memory loss from head trauma. I'm thinking it was from this film shoot.
I think that the fighter here might’ve been on TUF at some point, he looks really familiar
Could you do a react to Netflix' series 'My Name' fight scenes? I'd really like your insight on those :)
Ps, there are punching bag scenes in episodes 1 and 2, too ;-)
I think TV sometimes makes people think it's much easier to knock people out than it is.
Against a conditioned heavyweight, most people probably couldn't get it done with a free swing. That fighter looked like he could have taken a chair shot to the face without blinking.
...
and the bald guy looked pretty tough too 😉
The last one quoted Jackass, but didn't live up to the quote.
2:43 -
You know i always knew seth was a big dude, just looking at him and his weight and height but woah
remember seeing Krzysztof in the ultimate fighter, the guy was a beserker!
The pro is part of the cast "here comes the boom" movie, bas rutten and Joe Rogan are in it to 😂
9:13 Seth just mad this guy had his gimmick down before him HAHAHAH
Watching that girly man at the end was funny.
6:42 Buffalo Bill Dance???? 🤣🤣❤
*punch to the face* HEY! we diddnt learn THAT in martial arts class :')
The cocky guy was a pretty silly comedian. Honestly I don’t hate the guy. I’m honestly wondering if he had some mental stuff going on or he’s just playing the heel very well. Either way, I’m glad he advocated for himself and said he was done.
Hold on blue shirt cappin no way in hell he saw all the episodes in 1 week
In the wise words of Mike Tyson
"Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the face."
All martial artist hate when people think they can fight, or just listen to people who think their tough like the guy in the blue
Prince Naseem was a hightlight reel making monster
