Hyundai is coming for VW position in US market. And i30(Elantra) looks more agressive(attractive) here in EU and the car comes with more driving options. I feel sometimes that the cars that they send to EU looks more sophisticated than US?
Correct. A Mini Cooper is better in the EU than in the US. Why? Because there are more curves in the EU than in the USA. Also because the roads in general are more narrower.
I miss how you did the startup at the very beginning of the video. Like the 2013 SRT Viper GTS video you started the video with the engine sound as soon as the video started
I have been watching for years. always love the vids but have you thought of wearing a mic? you are well spoken and i think it would sound 10x better. have a great weekend.
I bought a Hyundai GT SPORT in 2018 and Hyundai bought it back after they couldn’t figure out why it kept stalling at highway speeds. Thousands later they contacted me to repurchase the car as they couldn’t figure out why it kept doing that. 2 weeks before I turned it it the. Transmission started having issues and wouldn’t come out if park. Went back to VW and no issues.
Both of my parents have kia's (same as hyundai) 2014 Sportage and 2016 sorrento and they have almost no issues. They had to replace clutch slave cylinder on Sportage 2 years ago
Apparently the DCT’s are still hit or miss. The early versions in 2016-2017 Tucson’s are notorious for overheating and have problems like you experienced. Apparently it’s a software fix but also due to people driving a dual clutch as they would an automatic. I’m looking at purchasing a manual to avoid any problems.
spoken like a true VW fan boy....go on-line and research VW.... same if not more issues... they're good cars, a little more race oriented than this hyundai, but certainly not devoid of issues..
thanks for this review Kyle, helps alot. I'm torn between walking into the dealer and specing a new one out in denim blue....or going for a used BMW X1 with some mileage on it....comes out to about the same price... I test drove this in a manual and although nice, I find it didn't have that "take my money" feeling for the price point.....where as the X1 was basically a dream, good power and torque, beautiful sounds, but does come with mileage, less warranty and parts are more $$$.... just don't know what to do...
Because I30 means nothing here (except an old Infiniti based on a Maxima). The Elantra sedan sells like hotcakes, so call it a different Elantra for name recognition.
Why do most cars- Except Subaru put such a cheap cargo cover in😛 They have this same one in a Buick Encore & Chevrolet Spark...... I mean just about all of them ........I feel it takes away from the vehicle.
Good to see Hyundai with a new sport hatchback on the Hyundai lineup Great review Kyle 👍🏼
Honda Accord Guy 05 Hey i watch your videos
Honda Accord Guy 05 I love your videos

Awesome vid! I'm picking up a slightly used 2020 Elantra GT N Line tomorrow morning! Stoked!!!
Hello Kyle .. We were delighted with this beautiful tour and I am very thankful to you. Thank you for everything you offer us.
You are the best at detailed reviews, keep them coming!
Great to see you back, I'm eyeing this car right now.
Does this have an N line 4?
Ha, was thinking the exact same thing
i don't know if you know this kyle but this indepth review style has influenced so many in the youtube car community

That 2019 Hyundai Elantra GT is so gorgeous I wish my parents would get that car next but they want to get Honda Accord instead.
The Honda might last longer and have higher resale value
@@dannyp9090 I would agree on the higher resale value, but they're about the same when it comes to reliability.
@@dave_riots thanks for you input. I would definitely test drive a Hyundai
Hey Kyle, could you find the new 2020 Kia Telluride? I love how it looks, and I’d love if you’d review one. Thanks!
@Saabkyle04 No horn sound?
The horn is really bad 😅
It is bad, I have one of these and I plan on changing it asap lol
It’s not bad, but it’s not terrible.
Hyundai keeps bringing more and more value! Great video brother !
Really nice in depth review. I been looking for a review like this keep up the good reviews!!
Your reviews are excellent!
These looked cool in 2018 available with a 6-speed manual. But I never saw them on the road hardly ever. Must not have sold particularly well. =/
I wish I had this Hyundai! Great review!

Thank you for including the hatchback storage spage
Could you do a video of a 2019 Hyundai Ioniq please
Hey saabkyle04 i love your videos man keep it up. 👍

I remembered Kia Ceed but now here is a Hyundai Eleantra GT N! It’s Drive like an Audi S3
What's the difference in the ultimate gtn
Please review Forte GT when it comes out in US. It's the i30N-Line s(Elantra GT for you) sister car.
Where are these cars built anyway?
Is the car stiffer than a Mini Cooper S?
do you want do to a test drive with a Lancia delta please ?
would you choose this over a vw golf alltrack?
YES! it is quicker and sportier!
Nice review always.
Please do a 2001 toyota sienna ce

Go with Hyundai will be more affordable down the line.
Which way do you lean? The Hyundai Elantra GT N-line or the Hyundai Veloster R-spec??
Definitely get the Elantra. Veloster materials are worse and have less features. The Elantra looks better imo as well.
@Saabkyle04 Please do review and road test 2020 Genesis G90. Thanx.
Please do more of these kind of videos!
I30N looks like a focus and Civic had a baby together
Nice review. Would be nice to see a comparison with the Mini Cooper S.
Lloyd Garth would it?
29k though if in the UK like i am its 29k for the full blown N performance edition

can you do a review on a 2019 toyota avalon xle and 2019 chevy malibu 1lt
No
Hey Kyle What Ever Happened to your Dad’s Dealership I Was Wondering.
It shut down on the internet it says permanently closed
Damn interesting car. I'm going to test drive one
Me too!! Tomorrow!
the seatbelt chime sounds like a mercedes chime
Yes, with Michelin tires you get better performance.
Video Idea: Do a review of a Rolls Royce Cullinan SUV
Let's go ahead and check out the exterior, shall we?
Hello kyle.. Can you please upload a video for cayenne s.. I would be very thankful if you do that depth tour and I'm from your old subscribers
Entitled much
So it's basically an i30 n-Line? Why does the US get such weird names.
Because I30 means nothing here (except an old Infiniti based on a Maxima). The Elantra sedan sells like hotcakes, so call it a different Elantra for name recognition.
Digging the facial hair!
This is looking like a really nice replacement for my 2011 VW Jetta. So tired of the excessive maintenance costs of German cars!
yaay new video =)
The only feature I miss is automatic wipers. Don't know why Hyundai skimped on it. But that gross black plastic, ughhhh.
Nice bro
This is İ30 hatchback
Start Up 2:40
Exhaust 2:49
Pretty good for a stock exhaust
Hyundai's logo is an upside down N
So let me get this straight a manual N line is 3k more in price. But a auto is a 1700 upgrade. So either way your paying to drive this car.
I didn't get the notification for this video 🤔
That’s is a nice Hyundai
For 29 grand I would prefer a used mustang gt or cámaro ss

Hyundai interiors are hard cheap black plastic on everything you touch .
