Tiamat glitch 7/10/13 Patch 3.9

Edit: This has been Hot-fixed and is unable to be done anymore.
With the addition of Patch 3.9, apparently a glitch slipped through as well. Quite easy to do, but I also recommend that you do not try this in ANY live games (for obvious reasons). Posting for archival purposes only.
My audio is terrible but it serves the purpose.
If not, all you had to do:
1. Pick up the Tiamat (Ex. from slot 1) and hover it over any other slot (Ex. slots 2-6)
2. Activate the item on its first spot ( slot 1)
3. Drop it on another slot right after
