The game was pre recorded and the voice over was added later, so it might have been a failed attempt at killing garen himself and then ashe seeing the chance to get the kill. Not sure if thats the case though. Still a nice outcome

Even though there were 9 casters, that's just a wave worth of minions lost in net xp. Net loss is actually negligible as long as you achieve good recall timers per wave-state and backing so you can strong-side your own lane-dominance. Same can be said for xp/kill and the scaling over levels, if you chart it in a graph, that's probably the easiest way to spot why this in fact is a good back. Killing a level 5 opponent will award xp gains similar to that of a wave, meaning you also maintain a similar level, while also achieving an item-lead over Garen.
WTF is this elo? Challenger monkeys on my server would RARELY if ever do something like Viego or Ashe doing whatever you're saying with no pings or communication whatsoever. I was clickbaited into a video that was going to explain in 1 minute a 2 item interaction and ended up in one of the best top classes of League I've ever seen in my entire life.

Also he could use teleport basicly on every tiny step after blast cone so I dont think it serves much purpose but to maybe be lucky next time?

@@mintyCS He prioritized starving Garen over feeding himself throughout the entire laning phase, because he knows he'll do fine himself regardless. Garen had pretty much his entire kit up, including teleport. So he needed to get out and back in as soon as possible.

watching you play is like understanding a trick of a magician. even if they tell you how to do it, u just cant do it yourself. for me this is peak gameplay.
The right move is to back and cash in. Why because Garen is gonna be back, stronger, full hp compared to 25% hp. Force you to back an punish. You backed the instant he died so you don't fuck recall timing. It's actually a big brainer move

@@sonagi98 I didn't mean to be toxic. I just think that Garen was so behind and yet he was able to "balance" the game in 2 minutes just by staying on singleplayer top. Some top champs are meant for teamfights and I have a feelign that they are being punished for helping team (by roaming, TP etc.). And you are absolutelly right, I am not tryhard anymore, I don't read patch notes, I don't know meta, I just want to play after a long day at work. But that doesn't mean I can't say what I think, does it...
@@jannezbeda8278 I believe the difference is the point of the teleport is to use the imbalance that was created up until this point to snowball the imbalance to the rest of the map while allowing the Garen to regain some of his deficit. It's a higher risk, higher reward mechanic. This is also why it's so important for people like bot lane to understand that while it sucks to occasionally get Shen ulted or ganked if you can know it's coming and back off and not die then even if it sucks momentarily for you think of it as a good thing that you just wasted an ult and a full minute of shen's time.
didnt watch it yet but when garen is cced or slowed his passive goes down, you dont need to damage him, so just using your Q though him already stops his passive
I think the spear and deadmans combo was working on the tower, because with minimal deadmans it was 138 at full stacks spear and 136 at half stacks, but the dmg being amplified would just be the 20~ coming from the deadmans so only a couple points of dmg. Would still be interesting to test it more but I think it was working.

Teleporting out of lane to help teammates has to come at a cost. Compounding the issue, that Garen probably built a layout for pushing towers.
It's 14+ minutes into the match, there's no plates to slow down tower destruction, and that's a Garen. Why is that a bad thing?
