- An all inclusive review of all the bracelets in my collection from luxury designer brands. To be as unbiased and objective as possible I'm rating and ranking these bracelets based on a set of 5 criteria (looks, ease of use, stackability, wear and tear, and value for money) to determine the best and worst bracelets. I love my serpenti and bulgari in general. The serpenti and bzero half pave bangle are absolutely beautiful together, same with the bvlgari bvgari bangle w/ diamonds

All of them are quite good choices.
I just don't find it ideal to stack them.
Sometimes stacking them, doesn't give the best look.

Thanks for the review, I'm thinking to buy the vintage alhambra bracelet too. Btw about the juste un clou and the love bracelet, my SA told me to avoid stacking the juste un clou with the nail head next to the love bracelet because it can scratch more to the other.
Hmm interesting…I guess it depends which you mind more - scratches to the side of the love bracelet or the top.
How low does the van cleef guilloche bracelet fall down on your wrist for the number of links removed? Also just curious how far up your wrist it goes? Does it slide pretty easily up and down over your wrist bone?
In between the # of links to have removed!
I've tried the bracelet assist tool and even the safety pin hack before, but ultimately the quickest/easiest way is to use my boobs to hold the bracelet in place lol! What you do is wrap the VCA bracelet around your wrist with the hook on the left side and the clasp on the right side of your wrist, then you press the bracelet against your chest and lean back a little so the hook will now rest on your wrist. All you gotta do then is to open the clasp with your right hand to hook it. It takes some practicing at first but once you get the hang of it, you can take it off and put it on in under 5 seconds. I'm also not a huge fan of stacking two 5 motif bracelets together. I bought a sweet pave 6 motif to stack with my 5 motif instead and love the look.

Do you all wear your cartiers on Right or left Hand? I have Fear if i wear it on my dominant Hand that it will get more scratches .. what you prefer ?
Thank you so much for this video! I got the small Love Bracelet for Mother’s Day and it is already in the repair shop! 😢 It unlatched while locked twice, which I’ve heard is an issue some people have had. Hopefully they’ll be able to fix it but I think I will always be nervous wearing it. I love the simple delicate design and the shine is really stunning even when scratched! I agree with you that it looks lovely when stacked with the small JUC. I will think about getting that one next! 🥰
Oh no that’s not what I would expect from Cartier at all 🙁 Hopefully it gets fixed. If not you should insist that they exchange it for a new one.

Such a great review of these bracelets! 👏 I can’t figure out why the guilloche bracelet is so hard to put on 😅 I put my lucky spring on with no trouble at all but really struggle with the guilloche 🤷♀️ Love your beautiful bracelet collection! 🤩
Thanks! 🤗❤️ I think it has to do with the motif closest to the clasp. On the vintage alhambra bracelets, there’s not much chain at the end and then the alhambra motif is right there and kind of stiff and bulky. But on the lucky spring since the leaf dangles the chain is more flexible and easier to maneuver.

Great video, thanks for sharing. Just wondering, did you ever get a scratch on your perlee sweet clover? I got a few hairline scratches on mine, not sure how to remove them? Also how do you clean yours? Thank you
I do have some small scratches on mine but I haven't done anything about them. As for cleaning, I've been using a soft toothbrush and some dish soap to scrub it down every month or so.

Thanks! The diamond on my engagement ring is from Whiteflash. They have some of the best cut diamonds in their inventory. The setting as well as the wedding band are from Victor Canera. Let me know if there’s anything else you want to know 😊
On the VCA 5 motif bracelets I have the larger clasp on all of them and it makes it so easy to put on and take off. I have zero problems putting it on or taking it off by myself. I don’t think the clasp looks bad at all. It was a no go for me to purchase these items if I could not take them on and off by myself.
How does the larger clasp work? Is it extra to add it? I did not know that this was an option.
@@mbelieve9919 I can tell you the latest price as the last one I did was just 2 weeks ago and with tax was $190. I shop at the NYC flagship store. It is worth it because if I am spending this kind of money on a bracelet I want to get a lot of use out of it and I certainly won’t be using tools or asking people to help me put it on. That will get old very quickly for me.
@@haley2704 Thank you for sharing! This is quite helpful. I own a 5 motif and my local store never relayed this option. I currently primarily wear it as a necklace by connecting it to another bracelet, but this option would make it easier to wear as a a bracelet.
Hi there, long time Cartier client here. The way you wear your JUC with your LOVE bracelet, the JUC nail head (in my opinion) should be worn upside down when stacking it with the Cartier LOVE bracelet.
I agree there are too many movements making it challenging to watch this video. That being said, I do appreciate your thoughts on the bracelets you have.
I have cartier bracelet, vca perlee bracelet in both sizes sweet and regular clover. I found vca harder to clean in between but more functional since i can easily take on and off
Yes I love how easy it is to put on/take off but it’s still secure! When I used to wear my love bracelet 24/7 it wasn’t an issue but now that I switch bracelets all the time I hate having to deal with the screw 😩

Love your collection especially the perlee bracelet but too pricey. Which bracelet are you going to get next? Are you thinking about the Tiffany’s lock? I saw you have tried on it on the other video? I am thinking about it in white gold with half pave. What do you think about that?
The next bracelet I intend on getting is actually a diamond bangle in the same type of design as my wedding band. I’ll probably reach out to the jeweler who made that to see if he can make a matching bracelet in the next few months. After that I’m not quite sure. I might be set for a long time 😆 And I do like the Tiffany Lock bracelet but I think I prefer it in pairs. The half pavé is definitely my favorite of the options though.

Carol the sizing has me frustrated I do not have Vca in my country can you tell me what size sweet perlee you have and the size of you juc?
My perlee bracelet is an XS and JUC is size 15. Hope that helps!

Unfortunately I can’t link to my exact one because it’s from a local jeweler. It’s a pretty standard three prong tennis bracelet though, the only difference being that the diamonds only cover the top half of the bracelet.

Tx for your sharing. I also own the Gold and Silver Guilloche Bracelet and agree it's a bit much to wear together. I also find that the Guilloche looks best with my diamond tennis bracelet. Great assessment and agree with all your comments! I used to own the Perlee many years ago but found it too similar to my Love bracelet (I own the regular thickess) so don't own it anymore. I think the 5 motif is actually good value for money when you compare it to the single motif necklace price !! LOL. I'm curious to know how you would rank these if you could only keep only 2 or 3?
You make a good point about the pricing of the bracelets vs pendants. I also feel like the bracelets are a better value compared to the earrings too.
Tough choice if I could only have 2-3. I would say Serpenti over the JUC for first place, white gold guilloche over the yellow gold version for second, and then perlee sweet clovers over the love for third.

I have a small Cartier love bracelet. Now i have the Option to get a van cleef maalachite or a Cartier just in Clou with diamonds. Which is better ? Which is Worte the Money? I want to invest good ..
Cartier JUC is the way to go. It’s not even close. Malachite is way too delicate and doesn’t go with your love bracelet as well as the JUC. Plus I personally don’t think malachite looks that nice. The JUC you could wear all the time without worrying.

Size in Malachite but cant find it online. The Girl say Thats a extra Production for her… or is she lying?
Van Cleef does have 3 sizes (technically 4 - I’ll explain in a bit) for their Alhambra pieces. There’s sweet, vintage, and magic and strangely enough there’s two sizes of motifs that they call magic. I’m not sure if this is what you’re referring to but this would be the only explanation for the motif looking different in size. Otherwise a vintage alhambra motif in malachite should be the same size as a vintage alhambra motif in onyx or mother of pearl or carnelian etc. Hope this answers your question.

VCA Yellow Alhambra looks the best, followed by the Perlee Sweet Clover.

Does your diamond tennis bracelet scratch the VCA Guilloche?
I don’t wear the two together often because of that fear. I’m sure even though I’m careful there’s probably been some small scratches but nothing majorly noticeable yet thankfully 😅

It would probably be less likely to get scratched stacked with a watch if the watch is fitted around your wrist. I don’t wear watches though so I can’t say for sure.

Your JUC is slightly too big. That’s why it spins on your arm during the night.
You might be right. Strange that Cartier recommends going up a size for the Love compared to the JUC and that’s exactly what I did and the Love doesn’t spin like that.
I bought the Love and JUC at the same time and the SA suggested the same size. She actually measured my wrist with her own fingers and literally knew the size right away. 😂
Gold doesn't alarm metal detectors.
18k gold which is what the love bracelets are made out of is not 100% gold. Many people have had issues going through metal detectors with them on.
So we can’t wear Cartier bracelet at the airport, they are gold
Don’t think diamonds on the JUC is worth it imo. Very little diamonds. Would rather get an all diamond tennis bracelet for what it’s worth.

I’m sorry, may not have caught the information that your carrier love bracelet is gold, rose gold or white gold. It looks quite discoloured against your other bracelets.
It’s white gold. The plain small love isn’t rhodium plated so it doesn’t look as white as the typical white gold jewelry.

It’s slightly over 2 carats but it’s in a halo setting which makes it look more like 2.5 carats.
Between the French brands (Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, Boucheron, Chaumet, etc) and the Italian brands (Bulgari, Buccellati, etc), I think the French brands does Gold tone better, and Italian Brand does the Rose Gold better. At least on my not porcelain white Asian skin tone.
