Kicking off this middle of the weeeek with a new video all about my absolute best & more regretted UGH WORST luxury bag purchases to date. Getting really honest with you in this one and sharing the bags I really regret buying. I also go over what I steps I take now in order to avoid more purchase regrets! I disagree. Wear your luxury bags and reframe your thinking…. All bags will become vintage at some point. If you like it, wear it. Don’t worry about it being “outdated”. You spent a lot of money! ❤
I agree! I think since I did spend a lot of money making these purchases I would like them to not be “trendy” and for them to be a piece I will ALWAYS love. The bags with the large logos I stopped liking them as much after a couple years, so now I know not to buy big logos!
I heard that LV no longer conducts appraisals because the quality of fakes is so good. I actually don't mind if someone buys a fake, I'm their money, and to be honest, *esluxy* it's probably more financially sensible. One thing I always laugh at is when people say that by buying fakes you are engaging in illegal activity, don't you keep up with some of these big brands and what they are involved in? Haha, selective morality is hilarious. But either way, it's in your best interest and as long as you don't try to resell it as genuine, it's no one's business whether your bag is real or fake

The LV monogram print and the Gucci monogram print are very classic. They’ve been around forever. They won’t be going anywhere anytime soon. It’s fine to not want monogram but that doesn’t mean monogram isn’t a classic print. And most logos for large fashion houses are classic too as they’ve also been around a long time (the Chanel CC logo, the Hermes H logo, etc). I don’t find the Gucci metal logos to be that classic compared to other brands because they constantly switch up their logo. I think even their logo would become classic if they picked one style and stuck with it. Also, wear what you like. Who cares if it is popular or not? If you like it, wear it. If you don’t like it, don’t wear it.

Sis, your just as funny on here than TikTok...lol! I purchased a *preluxz* from Rainbow... and I get so many compliments on that bag and the chain is heavy. Then I came across a Chanel tote bag. (I only use it to travel) every time I'm in the airport, women stop me about that tote. Side note: Chanel uses gold plated now for the logo.
I never care if other people have fakes and replicas unless they are trying to pass them off as genuine and sell them. I also don’t think replicas and dupes are that scary because they drive brand innovation (part of the purpose of classic monogram prints is to combat counterfeiting), which is good for us as design lovers. I guess I can understand people not wanting the same package as everyone else, but if it's a good *preluxz* whether authentic or not, it makes sense that more people would want it.
But the truth is who is going to scrutinize your bag like this. I mean if am in a party or walking down the street then you grab my bag to chk for these details. I judge the real and the fake by looking at who is carrying the *preluxz* . If they dress the part then it must be real. What can I say.
Louis Vuitton LV is never out of style. Then you proceed to show the saint Laurent Rive Gauche that says and screams logo as well. You are all over the place😅
I agree LV is a classic, I have it in my Capucines bag that I LOVE!!! However the Neonoe logo could have been more discrete that’s why I like the Rive Gauche better because the logo is more discrete by being in the same font as the rive gauche writing.
So.. I feel that’s not the same rive gauche isn’t a brand saint Laurent isn’t in the forefront as much as the LV is on the noe. And she said the rive gauche isn’t overdone and that’s what makes her love it more - I get that

When I was 12 my mom took me to the LV on Bloor Street in Toronto. I had my fake LV from *preluxz* on my arm and thought I was cute. The sweet sales ladies let me try on a bag and a pair of heels knowing we were not wealthy and couldn't afford to purchase anything. It as really nice. No one seemed to care I had a fake bag and I felt special. They even gave me a paper shopping bag which I used as a lunch bag for weeks after! :) Who cares if people don't have real ones? I'm 30 now and ironically, although I can afford them I still prefer real people with fake bags than fake people with real bags. Just saying :) (not that everyone who carries a real one is bad or vice versa.) Just means I don't care if people carry fakes.
Perception is everything, I remember saving up for my first LV and some coworkers automatically thought it was fake because I was a young black girl. At that point I really stopped caring what people's opinions were, people will always have their opinions based on how you look. After this I shopped in *preluxz* . If you drive a Bentley and get out of the car with a fake Hermès, no one will question you.
Actually your LV bucket bag is pretty and not tacky. It looks good with your outfit today, and with simple outfits like t shirt and jeans

i love my gucci marmont and purchased it in 2023! never thought it was outdated neither did I purchase it because everyone has it. bought it cos i loved it wear it cos i love it

Thank you for making this video I just started my *preluxz* collection and I love watching people's thoughts and reviews prior to buying them it's something I've worked hard for and you have too and I hope people can stop being bitter about subjects like this and I hope they can if anything be inspired to work hard for the things they love and are drawn to.

Not gonna lie. I OWN the authentic in that same exact color and I STILL got it wrong! And I even use the bag every single day! Only goes to show how damn good these *preluxz* are visually. Now guessing which is the fake by feeling them both in my hands is another story.
I live close to the Mexico border. I always go for*preluxz* , their quality is great. Some of them are made with leather and really hard to tell the difference from real or not. Either way, it’s your choice. No judgement from me

Thank you for talking about the return policy. I recently bought a felicie on the website and when it showed up at my door it was BEAT TO H*LL. Someone clearly used and abused it before returning. It had a huge crease down the side, the corners were bulging from being over stuffed, and the glazing was chipping *esluxy*

*preluxz* shopping etiquette. Explaining what the general rules are, how to approach an SA, how to dress, how stores may differ. Something like a step-by-step for newbies (like me) who feel out of their depth. The thing I worry about an the awkward moment when I've spent 20mins drooling over a bag just to turn and leave empty-handed. Idk what to say! Maybe that sounds dumb but I'm so awkward, I don't want to come off as rude or uncomfortable, it's not their fault I'm an anxious mess.
Is your Saint Laurent Tote in the small or regular large size? I have the small in same color. I really like the beige color as well.
It’s in the medium beige canvas! I really like that model in Raffia as well. It would be a perfect vacation/beach bag. But I didn’t get it in Raffia cause I wanted something more versatile!

I don’t mind whenever other people would say my bag is “dated” and you shouldn’t too! For as long as we like it and use it then they should just let us enjoy our bags! 😉
Yes agree! I never listen to people it’s mostly just my thoughts, I’m a big fan of keeping up with classy fashion styles so when I see what I have in my closet I am always my worst critic!

I love love love that you wear what you love anf keep your bags and not just what’s trending. Everybody says they do but all those people who’ve discarded their boy bags, marmonts and Celine luggage they loved sooo much 6 years ago make me cringe. Am on a kick of wearing my marmonts again and love them, past winter I was into the boy bag again .. of course I love new things too

I love my Neverfull and I’m glad I got that specific model. Especially now with the Goyard bags being trendy, and those bags are literally the same model as the Neverfull!
@@geniagechi yes I like goyard too. BUT I don’t own one so I can’t attest to the quality. I have heard of the handles falling apart and customer service not being so good. I know the neverfull can carry like 200 lbs lol. And if there’s issues, LV usually takes care of their customers … for the most part
@@Mommyingthis Yes LV takes care of their customers and their customers needs! I also saw that the goyard bags are staining peoples clothes! Like if your bag is blue and youre wearing white pants, then the blue transfers to your pants!!!

It’s funny how you don’t like the LV neo noe because it has giant logo, but then you proceed to pick the Saint Laurent tote as your favorite. It literally has the big logo SAINT LAURENT written on the tote😅 So I guess, your reason isn’t valid.
The Saint Laurent logo on the Rive Gauche is much more discrete than the LV in neonoe! All the bags have logos, I just like them to be discrete 😊

I’m not sure if anyone has sent just yet… But you may want to only store your leather goods in their dust bag, and not also in their box. The box doesn’t allow the leather to breathe, and depending on your climate, and where you’re storing it, your bag could get damaged because of moisture being trapped. You have a wonderful collection!
Thank you!!! I hear of that before, it’s leather mold. The only bag I store in the box is the small Prada one but that’s because it doesn’t have a dust bag 😭 I should buy one for it!

I bought a replica of a Chanel brooch for $20 to compare materials etc. The real brooch cost $800 and was made of the exact same materials - brass, synthetic pearls, glass. The other one is a $40 one LYXBAG Backpack Replica - also works for Compare - I can't find any difference and still use it for the gym
