    I love how you set all the support to build the strength in order to do this. Very helpful since I am recovering from an inner thigh strain.

    Hi Kai. I absolutely love how you give a blow-by-blow account of how to progress and what you need to strengthen each area .
    I found you because I was looking at something else and I saw you describing how to strengthen the inner thighs with a pillow or a ball.
    Done in so many ways. I love your videos they are very safe and very effective. Thank you for sharing

    Wow! That was a lot in 4 minutes. I'll have to watch it again and take notes. Just discovered you with the "Stand on One Foot" video. That was harder than it looked. Thank you for giving all the exercises to work up to a split jump. I would've tried it and not known why I ended up on the floor. I hate it when that happens. ;-)

      They called these "gun drills" in the military to make them sound manly.
      Literally my most hated excersise, glad you've broken it down so I can hopefully perform these without looking like I've wondered too far from the person who takes care of me.
