- Boris Nadezhdin is a very experienced Russian politician who used to take up auxiliary and secondary roles throughout his career. However, in 2023 he decided to run for a major one for the first time - he challenged Vladimir Putin for his presidency. Even though it was predetermined that at some stage of the process he would have either been denied registration or even persecuted. Nevertheless, his role was not just to put on a show to prove that politics still exist in Russia. He became the candidate that all the anti-war and anti-Putin Russians consolidated around. Today that is arguably even more important than appearing on the ballot.

Apathy is not just a Russian issue. It's repeated worldwide.
It is a particularly conservative constant that children remain essentially ignorant of politics and philosophy with a scant introduction into civics.
The truth is most of them are getting just what they wanted. During the Cold War there were 2 superpowers. At the end of it there was only one - their arch enemy America. Putin is anti-LGBT and promises to get the empire back ✅ ✅
200,000 signatures sounds like a lot, but there are 140 million people in Russia.
This channel gives me hope that rationality and the truth are not a lost cause in Russia’s current political challenge with its regime (even as Donald Trump in the U.S. and his MAGA Republicans threaten to aid Putin).
