Ride on pallet jacks have used this sort of breaking tech for idk maybe as long as they've existed, but instead they have like a motorcycle throttle built into the handle, turn forward to go forward, turn backwards to break or go in reverse, I'd expect the breaks on this are of a similar technology.
I’ve had mine for a couple of months and everything has been working fine until yesterday it just stopped and won’t accelerate and the break light is flashing. It’s fully charged and I’m not holding the break but it still flashes. I heard it’s an error code but not positive. Anyone else have this problem and knows how to fix it??
I cant figure out why but after fully charging the scooter, if i use the brake even once itll automatically brake like every second making it pretty much impossible to ride, was really hoping to use this to get to work and back
U might have to replace the brake switch I had mine go out evercross sent me a replacement switch and haven't had any issues since it's 4 screws holding the display together and u will need a allen key key set to unscrew the switch it's 1 screw holding it in place right behind the lever it should take less than 20min to fix. I haven't tried this but I could possibly completely disconnect the switch till u get a new switch.
take one of your feet place it near the ebrake and take your hand and put it on the middle of the stem and push it as if u are locking it in place but instead lift the latch and fold down
@@GarageVegaUS I bought this scooter on this video and for a short commute scooter I recommend it, Evercross has a 1 year manufacturer warranty on it even if u don't pay extra for the insured warranty. As long as u use it as a ride and not a skateboard doing tricks it does great and is very reliable!
I tested it personally, yes and no, it depends on the firmness of the ground and your balance/weight, just be careful I earned me some scrapped knees but all in all fucking worth it
I advise u to stay off gravel and grass, it's made only for pavement use, but other than that, on my 10th charge in a month, running like a champ! Thinking the range is around 8 or 9 miles, speed hits 16 mph easily but cruise control brings back to 15, overall, a good quality, short range electric scooter, Evercross is making a great quality affordable scooter!

How do you fold it? With mine you have to have the strength of god to fold it
Same!! It’s super hard to fold it. I’m actually on here to find out why. Am I doing something wrong.

Are the warranties on these scooters any good or a waste of money?
I got 2 from amazon with warranty, they never fail if they can't fix a issue they send you a new one before the 2 years.

Can it go on gravel or on grass fine??

Better for sidewalks or bikelane sometimes, the grass or rain to much cause damage to the engine in the front.
