    I like the movements and the clarity of the instructions. For me the pace feels a bit rushed though; I would love to see this again at a slightly slower pace. thank you!

      Noted! We appreciate your feedback. In the meantime, I think RUclips has a function in the settings to be able to play a video more slowly. Perhaps that can help. I imagine if you went over it a few times you'd get the flow. Then you can practice on your own at a pace that feels good for you. It's nice to switch it up.       You can click on the settings on the video and playback any speed you would like. Hope that helps.

    I am new to your channel and qigong. This is a great exercise video. One suggestion for improvement, show different angles of the poses. If the teacher turned to show the side view on some movements, it would be easier to understand and follow. Thanks for making and sharing these.

    Excellent practice this morning. Thank you for sharing. Question? I’m thinking about purchasing a white Tiger online coarse. Which is best to start, 5 element or 8 trigram? Or something else?

      Wonderful! What a great question! We generally recommend 8 Trigram Organ Qigong first and then 5 Element, but it is not required. We're you looking at the basic course or teacher training?

Depending upon your fitness level and what your goals are, you may prefer one over the other. 8 Trigram is much more spinal movement, while 5 Element forms can be a bit more dynamic.
