Nice video. Also, for people into the car scene, it's mecca. There are "cars and coffee" events every weekend. I was there for Nov 2024. The smallest one I went to had over 100 cars. The biggest about 350. Everything from high end exotics, to muscle cars, to vintage "you name it." Lots of fun and great people.
Olive in north Scottsdale full time. This realtor is RIGHT ON THE MONEY exspaining things in detail about scottsdale. She nailed it on every aspect....Perfectly Said....Id hire her if you're looking to move here....She knows her stuff 100%........
@@shawn.shackelton Your welcome..I call it like I see it...Have know idea why spell check used the word olive I meant I live....I am at pinnacle peak and pima area..You summed everything up correctly ..
Ive recently visited a friend relocated to Southern arizona who wanted a more rustic secluded residence. Patagonia environs really meets the need. Scottsdale for a sizable city with nearby amenities is top to bottom gorgeous, landscaped , stylistically cohert , with that touch of class neat, clean with clear mountain, water and golf course views. Oro valley real nice for a length but tucson , nogales jumbled mostly on unattrative streets. Except for historic bldg.after driving around town it's nice to only see gorgeous
Living just a few minutes away from Scottsdale in Phoenix. Scottsdale is way over hyped. In 2011 I could have bought a 1200 square ft townhouse in SD for 135 g. I chose a 1400 sq ft bungalow in 85086 Tramonto for 110g. Do not regret it.
I completely understand the attraction to Scottsdale. I worked in the city for three years. I learned about the Snotsdale name. Residents can be very rude to people who live elsewhere in the Phoenix area. I live near the Desert Ridge area and was looked down upon.
One thing we don't miss about CA is the traffic whether it's in San Diego, OC, LA, or San Francisco. The traffic in CA is nowhere comparable to how nice it is to drive here. However, accidents are more rampant because people don't seem to know traffic rules and regulations. We are glad we moved here in preparation for our retirement and I love how clean it is all over the city. Generally, men are very respectful and kind but I have encountered some of the most entitled women.

You are so right! Lots of places to go see some great cars.

I’d love to live there but can’t afford it. Can barely afford to live in Buckeye
Same, I want to live closer to work and shopping centers. But that is an extra 200k.

It is not overpriced. You get what you pay for.
Like flying first class and enjoying the nice lounges at the airport….
@@CP-fj5ub you get nothing extra, just a name.
@@CP-fj5ub you don't even live there. Hype

Well even by not being in Scottsdale you still get the famous 480 area code we all love
I'm pretty sure that the Scottsdale traffic is nothing close to how bad LA's traffic is.
Not even close!! LOL
Traffic 😁, cakewalk, especially from May to Oct.
Ha ha, true! I still don't think it's that bad during our season....
We are full! pick another city.
You mean Snotsdale...right yeah no.
