I’m also a realtor in Scottsdale. It’s a really fascinating city. What I like about this town out of them all it’s very big. The south and middle part of the city is very touristy and there’s plenty to do (old town/ fashion square/Talking stick) people think Scottsdale is this town only for wealthy people and nothing is affordable, but it still gear towards the middle class also. Then when you go further north, that’s when you get expensive real estate and it’s more quiet and you have a lot of beautiful scenery with the mountains and deserts and the kierland commons/Scottsdale quarter are very great shopping experiences for everyone with no shortage of popular and high end restaurants too 💜
Can’t wait I’m moving there this summer from Nevada. I live in Las Vegas for two years. It’s awful out there. I don’t care what they say. They hide all the ugliness and now I’m back in Reno Nevada. I don’t like the cold in the snow and I have lots of work in Arizona, so I’m looking forward to it. Thank you I can’t wait Arizona is beautiful.
Me too, I’m moving from Bellevue, WA at the end of the Summer….I can’t wait to get rid of Seattle freeze. I’m sorry to hear about Nevada, I always enjoy to go to Las Vegas….
@@stephaniehernandezrealtor You bet, I am moving to Scottsdale 🥰…. I’m coming down next month for a conference and to visit apts and office space….Nice job with your videos…
I plan on moving there hopefully sometime in May but I’m just looking for an apartment. It’s just me by myself. I have lots of work out there in Arizona and I’m tired of living in Nevada and California is way too expensive expensive and that’s where I was born and raised
I know you're looking to rent and from a renting perspective...you can't go wrong with Tempe or Scottsdale. They are not far each other so you can the best of both worlds!
Scottsdale will be one of the highest in the State of Arizona. Other surrounding cities will be much lower than that. If you're planning to move here, I hope this helps! - Stephanie

Absolutely, thank you!
Born and raised and moved away in 2005. Going to be moving back in 26. Will be looking in the N. Scottsdale/PV area.

@@CP-fj5ub Scottsdale is beautiful. What is your apartment rental range? I could send you a list of Home For Sale with a similar monthly payment.
Love the information!!! Keep up the amazing work!! 👏🏼
Glad you enjoyed it! Thank you 😁
Are there residential complexes or apartments that accept section 8? Thanks for your video
I primarily work in sales and not with rentals. However from my understanding there are landlords / rental companies who will accept Section 8.
Good info!
Thank you Tina 🫶🏽

1 million? Sounds a little bit high for living in a desert.
