I have a friend that knows one of the key individuals in charge of “Earthquake Proofing” the temple. It is said that the church has had cameras installed on the temple square complex since December, 2019 in order to document the progress of the restoration. When the March 18th, 2020 Earthquake struck, the cameras were able to capture the way the temple moved during the earthquake. The architects were then able to adjust plans to the construction project based on the movement of the temple during this earthquake. God moves in mysterious ways!!
@@MrPeterMerkin we would think it’s stupid, yes. But everything he does plays a huge part in His plan. It may not make sense right away, but it may in ten years.
Construction or clean up? That building was there if I remember correctly. The hole nextdoor however looks like it could be an archaeological dig. Those huge blocks underground! Where'd they come from🤔
Thanks for the questions. The temple building has been there since 1893. The foundation needed to be strengthened and made earthquake ready. The hole next door as your mentioned is an addition of nearly 300,000 square feet to the existing building. I'm not sure what huge blocks you are asking but likely it's new concrete for the expansion.
Thank you for showing the Salt lake Temple. I know it will look beautiful when it's finished. 🌸🏵️ UK
Everyone should see temple square during Christmas with all the lights. Truly spectacular!

That's awesome!
God did it? He made the earthquake happen?
@@MrPeterMerkin If there is a God, and I say there is (lots of evidence for it)…he can certainly move mountains and fault lines.
@@lunettepepperglow7472 Why would he destroy his own building? I don't think god would do that. That would be stupid.

@@Gregs-Videos Thank you for the temple video. I'm so excited to see what is being done. God bless you!
So glad you’re doing this! With all of the drone operators gushing over Tesla factories it’s good the temples get the same treatment!
How did you get permission to fly over the construction site? I'm working on a video project and would like to do the same. Kind regards, Andy
