@ just look up the model and buy a new vent and jack, plus cap, all new parts if needed, reprogram and it should work. That's what I did. Cost 358 bucks for the correct parts.

Some Mexicans cut the pipe and put roof jack on that has a cap. They threw away the oem cap. It doesn't work anymore
I had the same. The roofers replaced the roof and now it wont work
