Another great video Charlie. 👍 Superb effort getting the two hills done that day. I was up Ben Wyvis last July. It is a good path to the summit. ATB Derek
Hi Derek, It’s great getting these two single done in the one trip. Just a pity Ben Wyvis was a bit wild at the cairn. The path work is superb on the lower slopes to try and keep the walkers from wondering. Thanks for watching. Cheers, Charlie
Nice one Charlie. Did that one on the way home from a cheeky weekend up North. Still to do Wyvis tho. Always end up driving past it for the bigger Hills. Quite fancy a camp on it. Approach it from the East.
Hi Kev, Ben W is certainly ideal for a summit camp as there is no shortage of spots. Just got to make sure the wind isn't going to create a problem. Cheers, Charlie.
Fionn Bheinn is as far north as I’ve ever been, I had a really good day up there though it never crossed my mind to do Wyvis in the same day, thanks again Charlie, love the videos.
Hi Philip, We do these two this way a couple of times and it certainly cuts down the travel for a return visit. Many thanks for watching. Cheers, Charlie.
Hi Charlie, you guys are super fit ! We done Ben Wyvis last June and it was the same kind of day as you had , did think about Fionn Bhienn but our leg not as fit as yours ! Well done 👍 thanks for the video.
Hi Janice, Its never easy to leave the car again after your first top but doubling up certainly cuts down on the travel. Many thanks for watching. Cheers, Charlie.
Love it Charlie, SAS style in and out fast, minimal gear. I love it when I can leave my rucksack as well, what do you take up, just a splash of water & a nibble to eat.?🤣🤣 Look forward to your next hike. Cheers Frank.👍🏔🥾
Hi Frank, Its that time of year that a small pack or bum bag can ease things. It all depends on the hill and conditions you're dealing with if its an option or not. Just saves the old knees a bit. Cheers, Charlie.
wow! what's the chances Charlie! I was up there on Saturday too between (fionn bhienn) 10am and 2pm ! boggy, windy and no view at all, even less than you!. got back to the car and it was bathed in beautiful sun! lovely. when we came back down I crossed over at the hydro scheme and walked down the track? not sure why that track is locked off? cheers Paul
Hi Paul, We must have just missed you and were heading to Ben Wyvis. We had hoped for a better day but the broken views were not bad at all. Cheers, Charlie.
@@charliemccartney7055 yeah! We went to Gairloch after the walk and spent the rest of the day at the beach eating and enjoying the sun! Cheers Charlie.

Good wee video , pity you didn't get a view on the top. Fionn Bhienn has some great views over to Fisherfield etc. Thanks for sharing ATB
Hi John, Your spot on, the views north from the top are superb. Fortunately, we have had clear tops on previous visits. Cheers, Charlie.

Great timing of this vid Charlie. Both look straightforward. Heading north this weekend for 3 night to do these 2. Also maybe Beinn Dearg 4 as well. 👍
Hi Andrew, Have a great weekend and I'll keep my fingers crossed you get clear tops. Cheers, Charlie.
