Italian food is always top tier🇮🇹✨ And the prices are still kinda there in between: not cheap not expensive.
Even if travel abroad I still miss my food and I always say: I can’t wait to come back come and eat a real pizza, real focaccia, real pasta, fresh bread etc

Italian here, I live two hours rom Florence and I go there quite often but I never go to Antico Vinaio, I praise you for your patience on that line. I doubt the line in Rome is any shorter.

These are literally the most touristy places in the city. If you think what she ate is good, just find a local Roman to guide you to the actual good places.
I went to Rome once! I ate as much as I could there because the food was so good!! I may have gained a few pounds but omg it was so worth it 🤤🤩
I'm from Rome, good choice for the Antico Vinaio, it's amazing. I would have recommended better places for pizza and ice cream but as you're in the center.. not bad! I eat like this everyday btw 😂

In the ice cream shop, you should have got the icecream on a cone. I have been there and they dip the icecream in chocolate which freezes and gives a satisfying texture 😊

Boy, did they see the tourist coming 😂. Lived in Rome for six months. You will find some great bakeries down the tiny back streets .... Fresh bread, ham and cheese sandwich equivalent of $4. Go to the small family run restaurants and not the ones in the squares or just off them ..... My apartment was above one. The food will be fresh and home cooked ..... And half the price.

Die Restaurants um Rom herum sind zum Teil besser als im Citycenter, die Portionen größer und was wichtig ist, ein paar Euro billiger. Eine kleine Taxi- oder Busfahrt oder ein kleiner Spaziergang lohnen sich da wirklich.

Rome is amazing and I haven't been there in a few years, but somehow you scored all the good stuff LOL. I don't know how well-traveled you are, but you have to check out Orvieto iif in Rome, it is like maybe 50 miles away, well worth the trip!❤
As a Italian muslim that can't eat most of the good stuff and barely spent my time in my birth country, I'm happy crying that Italy is getting recognition other than pizza, getting mad at broken spaghetti and the leaning tower😭😭

Hi I went to Turin in Italy this summer and went to all antico vinaio it has soooo good
You went to two sizes! They randomly have another one in Seoul of all places, in hongdae. Used to go there all the time when I lived there, it was nice having authentic tiramisu all the way on the other side of the world
