Pretty sure the Q3 does NOT have IBIS. OIS lens. But no in body stabilization.
Never used a professional camera before. Rented the Q2 from LensRentals for a week and fell in love with it, my Ghost Edition Q2 arrives today. Would have never bought the camera if I couldn’t try it out for a week first, Thanks LensRentals !

great vid mate cheers liked and subbed. I just put out a vid about the Q2 being my fave camera sure the 3 with it's fancy flippy screen would be good on my old knees but hey I manage. I don't have any need at all for the extra MP count the Q2 has more than I need. Funny when you mentioned the video I was like shit I never mentioned that in my review, then again, I bought it purely for stills I've had over 16 months and have never once tried the video on the Q2 I wouldn't know where to start it haha. I'll stick with the Q2 I've used and still use so many cameras but the Q2 is the one I get all giddy about grabbing and shooting with. Nice work mate thanks.
Nice video, Q3 replaced Q2. So no issue buying a Q2 in great condition for $4000-4500 if you don’t care about risks of owning an expensive camera without Leica’s 3 yr warranty (MPB does offer 6 months though).

No mention of the Q3’s Phase Detection AF versus the Q2’s Contrast Detection AF …
Anyone know what the Max FPS is at full sensor & resolution for the Q2 and/or Q3? (BTW, I'm speaking about still-photo shot frames per second)
Yo! The Q3 can shoot 15fps at 60mp with the electronic shutter and 9 fps at 60mp with the mechanical shutter. And the Q2 can shoot up to 10fps in full resolution continuous shooting mode.

No mention of the Q3’s 8K video, for capturing unpredictable action, and doing Frame Grabs. Of course use the appropriate shutter speed. And a properly fast SD card. Fast and easy to scrub video footage looking for that peak action, versus opening up a bunch of high res files.
