So funny you mentioned the morning round up. I totally forgot about that. Was wondering why I was digging for content. Little lack luster this year for sure.
A quiet year, with grey being the colour of choice (Rolex, PP, Cartier). My theory is with the downward economic trends these brands don’t want to launch ‘hot’ SS models to market that will stagnate and lose their lustre - instead, focus on precious metal and the big-spenders, to then hit the market with hotter pieces when things start to pick up. Who knows!
Hi Tony! I liked the Patek releases but didn’t care for the denim straps. Cartier had one of the best 2024 releases. Really like the Dual Time, I’m sure they will release other dial colors, blue would look great. I wasn’t really impressed with new Rolex GMT because I have last years GRNR. Looks much better with jubilee dial in S&G. Did like the 1908, probably gonna be very hard to buy from AD.
Thanks Terry! The cats are too lazy to do any chores. They have to take a nap after they wake up! Walking to the food dish and back is enough to knock anybody out. 😂😂🤙🤙
Hey Tony, I trust that most things are well with you and your family and that you’re wearing your watches in good health. My question for this week is, what watch should I get my childhood friend as a graduation gift? He was just promoted within my country’s Defence Force and is also undergoing training at the British Royal Navy Academy. For starters he doesn’t have any nice watches, every watch he owns is fake. And because of that, I believe this would be the perfect gift. He’s slim build, so smaller watches wouldn’t be an issue. I’m thinking upon the Cartier Santos, but if you could give some other recommendations I’d really appreciate it. Thanks for any help you offer.
One Rolex in stainless (two if you count the bracelet options) must be unheard of. The last time that probably happened Mercedes Gleitze was swimming the English channel. P.S. Have you ever met Shecky Greene?
De Bethune killed it with its Purple Rain and Kind of Complication. Neither is affordable but spectacular nonetheless. I’m a fan of Cartier’s new Tortue models. The new yellow gold Santos with brown dial is also nice. And Raymond Weil steals the show at the more affordable end of the spectrum. 😊
Excellent coverage. Summarized very well what introduced.
Thank you! 🤙🤙
I’ll have a Zenith chronomaster one of these days. I really like the green dial Vacheron. And Nomos has some cool dial colors releases. 😊
Awesome!! 🤙🤙
I'm hoping that they will make a Club Campus Sport 37mm in burgundy. I love the blue dial, but I'm finding it hard to justify another blue dial. =D
Another great video Tony, keep them coming.
Thank you! 🤙🤙
Thanks for the video Tony. 👍
🤙🤙
The Defy diver with the blue dial and the orange accents is really pretty.
I agree! 🤙🤙
Great video and good picks
Thank you. 🤙🤙
I hope your back is feeling better. I've had back problems myself. For me the answer was movement and then cycling.
Thanks man! 😊🤙🤙
So funny you mentioned the morning round up. I totally forgot about that. Was wondering why I was digging for content. Little lack luster this year for sure.
Definitely! 🤙🤙
I agree that last year was a better year for watches and wonders
🤙🤙
Great video Tony, I’m digging that RW moon phase too! Hey, where is the Coors Light?
I agree. Oh, I drink Bud Light if Coors Light isn’t available. 😊🤙🤙
That Zenith Pilot is always cool to see on-wrist.
Thank you!

Good thought process for sure. 🤙🤙

Hey man. Thanks for your comment. 🤙🤙
Thanks Tony for the content. Roll on watches of wonders 2025 let’s hope it’s better than this year. 👍.
Thank you. And exactly! 🤙🤙
The green Cartier is cool. The backwards time one is uh, interesting, but would confuse the hell out of me.
Yeah, the burgundy dial is cool. But, definitely not down for a backwards running watch. 😂🤙🤙
Nice video as always. PS: I hope your cats get time occasionally to nap and rest .. and that you don’t make them do too many chores.

Hey man. I’ll add that hopefully to tomorrow’s Q&A. Thanks.
@@talkingtimepieceswithtony Thank you Tony.

😂 and, not that I’m aware of.
@@talkingtimepieceswithtony That's a shame.
Who is your favorite watch RUclipsr (outside of yourself)
I’ll add that to Q&A
Haha. Ur right. I dont trust Paul
😊🤙🤙
I can't remember if I asked you... what is your favorite of the holy trinity?
VC. 🤙🤙

Agreed! 🤙🤙
I’ve been disappointed at the look of you tube stuff from other vendors. Nomos is cool but I have 8” wrist and they are too small for me.
I get it. Bummer.
Not sure if you’ve ever mentioned it but have you been to WnW? Would you ever consider going? I hear hotels are expensive there.
Hey man. I’ll definitely add that to the Q&A
Great comprehensive look at what’s new, man. The moon phase is great!
Thanks man! The RW is definitely worth taking a look at. 🤙🤙
Thanks for the video, Tony.
Thank you!
