Hey Tony. Love your videos. Some nice picks. You pointed out a couple of German watches as well as the IWC flight watch. Did you ever consider STOWA. Well made pilot watch. Looks, history and price. Price point is lower though and of course not for this list. I have my eye on the Zenith Pilot. Cool watch! Keep up the good work!
I had a ML Aikon in 39mm and it was an amazing watch. The quality and finishing was excellent. Bought it for around $1400 new. If you don't mind the resemblance to the RO then it's easily one of the best value props under $2k.
Some great picks there. The Zulu time and Tudor GMT both look awesome. I definitely need a GMT for my collection. I just need to know which one out of those two....
Great show. Your picks are interesting and proves some watches are incredible value, especially the Zulu, I keep thinking of pulling the trigger on this watch and then talk myself out of it for some reason!
Great call on the IWC, I don’t have the XX but do have the MK XVIII. It’s one of my most worn pieces, heck, I’m wearing it right now lol. Great vid, thank you for the content!
Great video Tony I have had my eye on the Ronde since I first saw it on your channel. I tried it on and it felt so light on my hand compared to my Rolex. Im assuming I will get used to it. do you have issues when switching between watches when they are so different in weight size etc?
Cool show TG….More than once, I almost bought that Sinn with the white dial and for some reason I didn’t pull the trigger, but I do have a couple Longines and a Heritage sector dial that I pulled the trigger on not long ago and I love it… Great show and love that you talk about many different brands and different price points… 5 STARS ✨ AS USUAL Tony…! Greg
@@talkingtimepieceswithtony Believe me, I always appreciate these videos...! Straight up watch talk, no pretentious attitudes, great and honest information...! Love it...! GG
Great list, Tony! Curious if you’ve considered or had experience with BALL watches? I’ve got the new Engineer M Endurance with the green dial and absolutely love it. I think it punches well above its weight class! Thanks for the videos!
As usual, I enjoyed your broadcast. While watching I was thinking that 5k seemed a reasonable limit for a watch, although I've exceeded that recently with a new Sub. Then I paused and thought wait, what? $5,000 for a watch, and it seems reasonable? This is a crazy obsession. Thank you!
Great choices for new watches, Tony! Also, gray market Aqua Terras are sub $5K. Perhaps an even better deal are second-hand Zenith Chronomasters, which are also under that mark. As always, thanks for the vid.
Sinn 104 Longines Flagship Heritage IWC Mark 20 Maurice Lacroix Nomos Club Campus Longines Spirit Zulu Time Tudor Black Bay 58 GMT Tudor Black Bay 58 Cartier Ronde Cartier Tank Louis XL
I love the Cartier picks. Jackie Kennedy is the First Lady that wore a Cartier tank 😀. So classic and timeless (Cartier). I also like Longines. I only got rid of mine, because I eventually got bored with it! It kept perfect time, though.
Would be nice … I do think a pilot watch needs a date, otherwise for me it would be a field watch. The IWC is also much more a tool watch, so solid case back is in order. Cheers 🍻
Tony liked most of your choices. Suprised no mention Omega Seamaster especially white dial. You can get definitely about 20% discount from list.🤔I’m familiar with Maurice Lacroix brand, picked up Aikon about 2 months ago for $2100 Tiffany blue dial with Middle Eastern numerals.
Yeah man, I was going to definitely put Omega up there, but I was going on new prices with no discount, simply because not everyone gets a discount and a lot of people won’t ask for one.
Longines is indeed a great brand. I’m wearing my Spirit Zulu Time. I also have a HydroConquest. Both terrific watches
Awesome! 🤙🤙
Nice top 10, Tony. I have the Ronde and Tank XL. Love them.
Thanks! Great watches!
Great list! The new Tudor BB58 GMT is a whole lot of watch for 4600!
Thanks man! And yes! 🤙🤙
Enjoyed that, thanks.
🤙🤙
Good choice of watches in your list, nice Tony.
Thanks man!

Thanks man! I would recommend the Tudor. But you can’t go wrong with either. 🤙🤙

Thanks. You’ll figure it out. 😊🤙🤙
Just liked to say tony like that you are bringing the price point that most people buy loving the Tudors, keep on keeping on👍
Thanks man! 🤙🤙
Top ten lists for me are super fun. 👍

Awesome. Thank you. Enjoy your IWC!
100%. Sold my blue dial BP43 about a year ago and miss it like a dead friend.

Oh man. Nomos is also kick ass. I don’t have one but I’ve had my eye on them for a while.
Definitely worth a look. 🤙🤙

I of course know about Balk watches. I’ve never owned one or seen one in person. Enjoy your watch. And thank you.
That Maurice watch looks really nice-I could see you rocking that thing
It’s cool man. I had one. Slightly different variation, but it was nice. 🤙🤙

Would be good to see 5-10k and 10-15k lists too.
Already did a $10k list a couple of months ago. $10-15 would be cool.

Yeah man. But I was only talking about new and not grey dealers. Thanks for your comment. 🤙🤙

Yes! Jackie Kennedy! 😂😊🤙
IWC makes nice watches just a little to plan for me
🤙
IWC XX would be on my wirst if they dropped the date and added a saphire caseback.

Longines has made really nice watches few years
Yep
I don't know why more companies don't do like breitling. Gives different case sizes

Speaking of prices…is it just me or am I seeing a price increase on the USA Rolex web site? Seems several sports models have moved up.
I haven’t noticed. GMT’s are still at the same price.
Precious metal variants have jumped a bit
Not one GS…..
Nope.
@@talkingtimepieceswithtony can’t have a best under 5K without gs tbh
@@Nofold3 yes I can.
