This by far is my favorite video of yours! You got me motivated. And yes, we all need to place our phones down each day. Sort of like a pour-a-little beer on the ground for your dead friends,
type of thing. We must place our phones down and silence them each day, to gather our thoughts and emotions.

I have two years experience as a medical assistant. I have issues moving forward with current company because of low pay. What would you recommend?

Hey Claudia thanks so much for your comment! From my experience, most companies are looking for medical assistants with at least 3 years of experience. I would recommend still applying for opportunities and seeing if you can get a better offer before leaving your current employer. When I took my first offer as a medical assistant it was actually less than what I was making elsewhere but I took it to get the experience and to leave my current toxic workplace. I ended up leaving that job 3 years later with lots of experience and $4 more in pay. If you don’t have time to play the waiting game and want more pay now, I would recommend applying for specialty positions. Primary care will probably pay the lowest so try OBGYN, ENT, Pediatrics or anything else you may be comfortable with. Keep in mind that they also prefer people with experience so I would try to tailor my resume as much as I could with what they are looking for. CHKD pays medical assistants pretty good if there is one near you. Let me know if this helps!! And good luck 🤞🏾❤️
