    I ended up getting 92 percent on my claim putting me at 90 percent. I looked through my medical records and found a ruptured ear drum injury on my right ear on my first deployment so I am going to add tinnitus. I am going to be submitting a secondary claim for the injuries to my arms due to a fall caused by service connected disabilities in my lower extremities. Hoping to get that other 30 percent I need to get to 100.

    Thank you very much for your help Dwayne, I just got denied for my right knee and intend to file a supplemental but waiting for my Doctor appointment Monday to complain about it. After seeing this I’m going the ER route. Would it be best to file my claim as secondary to my left knee and or lower back to get my right knee service connected?

      First get a copy of the claims folder and see why the examiner said no. When you claim it again, it has to be on a 0995 and you will have to follow the VA instructions on the 0995 and if you claim it secondary (that would be new), but where is the evidence that it is secondary. Dewayne, thanks so much for all of the fine information that you provide. I have a question regarding preparing for a teleconference with Veterans Law Judge. Do you have a video on this subject? My Agent Orange exposure was denied since only three veterans from my battalion were sent to the Korean DMZ for war games, and even though we had written orders to deploy, those orders were either not maintained or were lost during the fire. I have not been able to get in touch with either of the other two veterans, one of whom was an officer. So I have an appointment with a VLJ to explain what we did, travel to the DMZ, what the conditions were at the deployed location etc. Any recommendation or direction to one of your related videos would be much appreciated. Thanks again for all that you do!

    • @tonycasello6121
      @tonycasello6121 2 месяца назад

      If you go and see the Va, they will automatically do your nexus for you. Your private health care will do their own Dbq and nexus letters. Your c&p examiner will do a dbq for your conditions for you.
      A buddy statement is not required and neither is the va form that is provided for you to use. A buddy statement will help your claim fill in the gaps.

    This is a pointless video that SHOULD NOT have been made! Urgent care will NOT and CAN NOT give a nexus letter OR fill out a DBQ. One visit to a doctor will not get you what this video is claiming you can get. He even says it in the video

    • @TutStore
      @TutStore 2 месяца назад +3

      I agree that video was kinda pointless, but because it was mostly just searching and blank space. But yes, urgent care can give you the diagnosis. That’s what the video is about. How to get NEW and RELEVANT information. Not to get a nexus. Go to urgent care multiple times about the same condition and you’ll have a continued chronic diagnosis.

    • @blakeds1
      @blakeds1 2 месяца назад

      @@TutStore that’s half true. What urgent care will do (depending on which one you use) will tell you to go to your primary care for follow up. And they will put in the notes they said that, and how often they’ve told you. So when you get your records from urgent care the VA will see that note, and compare it to when you’ve followed up with your PCP. Then his/her notes will be the same diagnosis or different. If different then you wasted your time, if you didn’t follow up EVERY time, then that’s another mark not in your favor. As a 100% veteran and a former claims rep, I’ve seen how it plays out. Your absolute best bet is to get continual non-VA treatment that’s not urgent care but an actual clinic. Over a year you could possibly get a nexus and/or DBQ. Urgent care will hurt more than help, it’s urgent care for emergencies. Constantly going will trigger red flags.
