      I'm a navy riveriner to bad they don't have a badge for that... wearing full armor (40-60lbs) on a 34ft patrol boat while hitting waves in on the water was brutal to my back, shoulders, neck, and knees.

    Great info, I've had knee issues, ever since I had a bad parachute landing, and with medical evidence, it was still flat out denied, without a C&P Exam. I filed a supplemental claim and finally got the C&P exam, I was also asked by the examiner, if I had been a paratrooper...this time it's looking better. It's just unfortunate, that I had to go and file again, for something that should have never been denied in the first place.

    2 years ago I got 100% P&T for 1972 - 1974 service using the original presumptive list. I had a symptom, double vision, develop while in the Army. 85% of the time, double vision is the first symptom of Myasthenia Gravis, which wasn't diagnosed until 2012. All I needed was prisms being added to my eyeglasses during the last eye exam. To a neurologist or Optometrist it was a slam dunk. It took 3 years because they originally sent me to a general physician who was ignorant about the subject.

    I did hurt my back out in NTC in 87 or 88 and I didn't go to sick call .We walked in circles all night in the desert I tripped on a rock or something and landed on some big boulders on my back .I Didn't seek medical attention just kept walking while in pain. It has bothered me ever since and I have been to civilian doctors for my back before even as recent as 2 months ago and I also go to a chiropractor 1 or 2 times per week . I never filed with the VA because I knew it was not in my service records and didn't know That I could file to see if I can get this service connected .The good thing is that I do have a certificate of me and my unit training in NTC .

    Good video as usual Sir - Dewayne i filed for TBI rating specialist denied the claim but stated that the VA examiners diagnosed me with TBI i didn't wait for the CD from my fioa request i filed a HLR because i knew the exam went 💯 i knew that the rater didn't reference the examiner medical opinion because it was positive - HLR stated a different of opinion he comes the shocker Dewayne i got the CD a few days again The examiner wrote me a positive medical opinion and the DBQ to rate the claim here is the daming part the VA examiner requested a headache DBQ and a medical opinion for dizziness/Vergo the other VA examiner wrote me a positive medical opinion about Vergo/dizziness she did the DBQ for headaches but i was already 50 percent for headaches she did a new one again i had 4 positive exams and the original rater still denied the claim - This is crazy with my claims crazy things been happening to my claims since 2011-2024 - I can't believe the raters and examiners put there shenanigans on paper guess they know checks and balances really exists at the VA

    Mr. Kimble. Thank you for this video. I claimed allergic rhinitis back in 2017 and it was finally service connected but only back to 2022 when the pact act began. Have you seen this trend and what can we do to get our proper back pay?

    I am a 20 year Air Force veteran who now suffers severe social anxiety and depression with suicidal ideations. I can not work because I can not be around people. The Social Security Administration has declared me disabled. During my time in the Air Force I had a Top Secret/SCI clearance and when you have one of those if you see a physician about depresion or any other mental health issue you not only lose your clearance but they also kick you out of the service. I worked with a lot of people with issues that had a clearance but no one said anything for fear of getting kicked out. Also, if the effective dates are before the 100%, there could be back pay, if they are the same date as the 100% or after, no unless there is some type of SMC. Hey Dewayne I'm working with this lawyer firm Woods and Woods that appealing my claims for conditions that were denied by an hearing officer for IBS and gastritis that I was hospitalized while in service and I been dealing with stomach pain every since leaving service. It's documented in my service medical records but still get denied what could be the reason for denial

    • @DewayneKimble
      @DewayneKimble  20 дней назад +1

      You have to request a copy of the C & P exam as the examiner has to provide a rationale for the denial. The lawyer should have told you this and they can see the medical opinion in VBMS. If they didn't relay this to you, that is a serious problem. Can the VA be so cruel. Got denied OSA. made so many complaints and issued a cpap machine in service. Got diagnosed 2 months after discharge.

      The military issued you a cpap without a diagnosis?......that doesn't make sense

      Something is going on here. If you had a C & P exam, what was the examiners reason for saying no. You can now get your signed copy of my new book "VA CLAIMS SUCCESS - Your Guide To Maximizing Your VA Compensation Benefits": store.kmd89.com/

      Mr. Kimble, correct me if I'm wrong. I thought you had a year after you got to file primary claims? If so, you received your Cpap machine after 2 months after getting out. You are well within that year window.

    Im curious why you say you don't get c&p exams. I got all my c&p exams my vso did it but I thought they give you exams no matter what

    • @DewayneKimble
      @DewayneKimble  20 дней назад +2

      VSO's don't do exams. The VA will schedule a C & P exam if you meet the criteria.
