How bout diff and axles?

Diff is a 350z auto 3.3 with 350z axles. The rear subframe was modified to house this diff. Haven't had a single problem with it in a few years of abuse.

How bad was the swap?

With all the aftermarket parts availability it makes it not very difficult on a modest budget. I did do the whole thing myself and built the turbo hirsute along with many other items. It was fun to do and took my time and enjoyed learning and building a fun car to drive. Its always evolving too.
