another great vid rob. loving the underwater footage. Just got back from Pyramid lake. Fishing was tough, got skunked and didn't get a hookup until the 3rd day. But it was beautiful and I had the best time. Locals and regulars were upset the fishing was so bad. I only saw 1 fish caught at Pelican Point from a fly fisherman on a ladder. Probably small as his friend joked that he could photoshop it lol. And some guys i met said the only place they saw fish was the rocky area south of the Pelican boat launch.

Its going to end soon but I can’t say for sure when. It goes by water temperature. Once the lakes temp gets up to 70 degrees they will stop stocking trout and move to cats. Last week the temp was around 64 so we may have another week or two of trout stocks depending on the weather

Sux about the fishing but its hard not to have a good time at that place. I hope the bite picks up there soon
I wacky rig mice tails and hook them in the middle sometimes so I don’t hook the mice tail head and miss hook sets
