You can also use dumbbells as handles and perform push ups on floor that way you get a deeper stretch. Keep working out bro and also do pull ups.

Push up is a compound exercise i.e., it targets more than one muscle group at a time. However, we can adjust our position of hand to target one muscle group more, either chest, shoulder or triceps. We can also perform variations of push ups which can be looked up online.
Also make video on what you doo after 9:30 upto 5:00 pm I think you are free whole day , no work out of home , 24 hour only at home But good fitness specially on stairs ❤
Very useful video as like your many videos. However one point mentioned in the video regarding texting, reading etc. while walking on stairs- it's unsafe and may lead to an injury. In my view 5 min time can be either totally used for stair climb or some other activities.
