As a spring hill resident i can agree with this i have been living here for 4 years and i hope you would love to join our community and it does get a little boring but its near wekii watchi state park home of the mermaids
Spring Hill is ok. Just moved up from STP. The “grid style” road map doesn’t exist here tho. Driving from point A to point B is such a mess. Worst place I’ve ever commuted from a city planning aspect but other than that, it’s just one big neighborhood. Not a “city” at all.
I've lived in Spring Hill since 1983, back when it was a small rural town. I hated it as a kid, but now as an adult, I wish it could have stayed rural forever. I hate all the congestion. There aren't any nice developments, anymore. All the homes are cookie cutter and cheaply built, and the ones from years ago are so incredibly old and outdated. There isn't any conservation, no private lots. None of these developments are nice at all, not compared to places like Villa Rosa in Lutz, with tree-lined streets and tons of conservation. I sold my house in Seven Hills and bought a home in Sterling Hill, and I am not impressed. Spring Hill has become a dirty little city!
Thanks, your comments helps me a lot!

I prefer Hallandale beach Florida beautiful city good beaches and restaurants and growing businesses and communities, and good nightlife.🇺🇸
That’s a nice area! Price point a bit higher than here on the west coast of FL
