This was a spectacular masterpiece from the music to the villa to you selling it to us all. One bathroom's is never enough, 15 bathrooms will just fine.
The view from the terrace is spectacular and beautiful, that is privilege, being able to watch such a beautiful city from that point. It must have been an inspiring place for those musicians when it was a school, it’s great some features of that time have been preserved. This video could have been longer, easily and I wouldn’t have minded, what was too long for me was the wait for this video, I hope the next one doesn’t take so much to drop. I like villas that are surrounded by magnificent nature like that lake como one while being a bit pracitally small full of art that soothes me dont get me wrong this is wo derfull too both of them are the fact the legacy of their soul.....you truly feel alive in these homes Ur,truly awesome host Stefanie 🤗❣️
What an amazing property. The right amount of money could transform it into a beautiful Boutique Hotel. Just need to put in a commercial kitchen, make the music room into a central dining room and redesign the other common areas. Oh the history and magnificence🔥❤️🔥how beautiful the ‘main’ room you called it. I would dub that a ballroom. I can just imagine candlelit dancers in beautiful finery and a buffet of food spread the length of the hall. Stephanie, I’ve always wanted to know but didn’t ask; do you have more in depth histories of properties? Or a local library that has the history? When I purchase an historical villa or property I wish to update electrical or plumbing if necessary, and keep original aesthetics. Some of the wood in there for instance looks a little ‘thirsty’ 🤷♀️so lovingly bring it to life. Thank you again, stellar property.🙏🏻❤️

One of my interests is how did these people attain their wealth in the 1300's to afford to build an estate like this? If they were royalty, they lived off taxes and peasant income, but if not then did they make their wealth from mercantilism, olive oil or wine ?
Wow! More palace than villa. It’s huge with huge rooms. How much is it selling for…10 million? Too large for a modern family mind, but would make for a great self-catering boutique hotel maybe? One might have to fit a pool in the gardens somewhere though…if that’s allowed?
