Great in-depth review! Interesting that the lacing system treaded you and I so different. I didn't have to lace up the shoe overly tight, and I appreciated the overall more narrow fit. The ForeverRUN truly is a great shoe though. I really enjoy using it for my easy and long runs.

Thank you, Chad. Maybe you have a more "voluminous" foot than me. I still enjoy this shoe as well.

I've tried it for a total of 20kms for now so far the cushion is nice and I agree that the tongue is kinda annoying sometimes and it looks like the shoes might come off anytime even if the shoelaces are tight,. I haven't tried it in a Long runs yet, but hoping I will have good running experience using it.

Thanks for the great review, Steven! I haven’t run in anything from Puma just yet but I would agree, they are making great strides in new offerings for the running world. 👍

Up until 2022, I honestly didn't know PUMA still made running shoes. Then last year they came out with some great shoes!

Forget about the tongue, the lacing, the upper, the midsole, and the outsole. It matches your hat perfectly, so you're stylin' in them!

Dang, 10mm is a heck of a drop. Ugh, that lace situation sounds so annoying. Cushiony is totally a word, lol. Thank you for your honest look into these shoes Steven.

Yeah I haven’t run in a drop this high before. Thanks for watching, Sage!

Much appreciated. Megan (sp?) from Believe in the Run described it as “slappy” and that seems to match your experience. Doesn’t sound like a shoe worth reaching for especially with the Clifton right there.

Absolutely love mine. They may have guidance, but it is very unobtrusive. You don’t notice it. At least I don’t.

You’re the only person I’ve heard use “voluminous” to describe foot size and I get that word confused all the time with “voluptuous” so. That’s where I am.

Does the perfect shoe for you exist? It would be interesting to do a video making up a shoe with all your favorite parts of all the others.

Apparently I have very voluptuous feet. I’m adding it to my dating profile.

HAHA voluptuous feet! The Salomon Pulsar Trail was a perfect shoe for me. For the road...hm idk. I could definitely piecemeal some shoe parts in to the perfect shoe!

I wear US size 11 for Deviate Nitro 2 with roomy toebox. Should I go for another size 11 with this shoe or 10.5?

If the 11 in the Deviate Nitro 2 fit you well, then I would get the same in these.
