Nice...I am an electrical contractor and I have been learning to make bracelets....I also have an unlimited supply of 2 -3 foot long scraps of dozens of wire types that can be stripped and unwound for an almost infinite supply of sizes. I think this is a very good way of selecting a proper size just by "feel".
I did try this braid but with a "twist"...It wasn't quite as robust but simpler...8 loops, 16 wires instead of 24...very easy to keep the wires from twisting. Its called "finger looping" or "slentring" works great!
Love this braid. I have made several of these and I found that I couldn’t keep my wires from getting tangled so I taped the ends of my bundles and I could make them so much faster. Yours look much better than mine. The first couple I made I ended up beating it flat and it was usable then. Lol
This is amazing!!! I love the idea of the rubberband instead of tape which leaves sticky behind. Could you use rubberbands on the bundles when you start out?
For anybody looking for cheap copper wire, don't forget your local scrap metal dealer! Multi strand electrical cable is a great option and comes in a variety of sizes.
OMG that was rough. I had to take it apart twice and start over. I feel accomplished and my hands hurt 8 hours after i started its done.... Thank you for giving me ptsd.. 🤪

Omg love it. I'd be messing up lots lol before I even get it right. That's how I get lots of my wires as well. Reuse and recycle.

Espero que lo haga en una morza donde se vea el punto.
La trenza está muy buena. Pero no se ve el gancho!!!! No queda mejor en una morza!!!!!!!
