I like quick deploy. My lanyard for my keys goes from a back beltloop to my side pocket and it is a blaze bar quick deploy weave. I made it out of Titan Survivorcord 1000 (a THICK cord, a little larger than 550 but STIFF) and while it works and deploys, I think your design would be more flexible and might hold more cord. I want to have around 25-30ft of quick deploy single cord without making a paracord belt. This might be my answer! Thanks.
