Good video. I appreciate your not talking over music. You are right that the color and patterns on the washi tape effect the values as you're working. I like magic brand scotch tape.

Found your canal recently by a tutorial like this one and just love them. I am very new to painting and tutorials like this one gives me the push to go for it. 😊❤️
I am new to watercolor. I draw circles and squares on sketchbook that’s about 2”x2” or 1.5” radius. I copy simple watercolor scene studies I find on line as exercise. I was amazed how much detail in can put into such tiny space. It is challenging, too, because no much space for error.
I am so lost for words to use to express just how beautiful and amazing you are , your video's are so teaching and fun all at the same time , Again thank you for sharing your beautiful talent your creative an artist , there are so many words , Thank you love for sharing your creative gifts 💜💙💚

I have been missing you…. I love this idear I’m using the cube this year to get out of my comfert zone and use it in all the medium I use so I will be doing water color more this year. I love how loose you are.

My 4-year-old granddaughter will be visiting for 3 days next month while mom and dad take a mini vacation. She loves to paint and I love watching you create these mini works of art. Hi Michelle! I just want to let you know, I’ve been following you for a while and I just love your style and your art. When you put out this video, I was just ready and decided to do ATC cards… and then found you did this video! Omgosh, it was perfect for where I am right now. So I used it for my first start on my grand adventure to do more art, for my own expression. Also inspired by your journals- which leads me to the question, where, if I may ask, is your resource for the elastic lace you use for your journals? Nothing in the stores so far, maybe Amazon? Size? It really helps ‘make’ the journal. Thank you so much for sharing your talents!!❤

You always work with small little bits and pieces buy a big sheet of paper and paint on it instead of all these things that you bought for a dollar and you’re trying to use up
Oh I have big sheets as well. But I use those for full images these are off cuts and ways to use them up 😊
