Congrats Becky!! You have always inspired me. I took a course with you about two years ago, however, I have struggled to get started. I am hoping to get this going this year. Thank you for all you do. ❤
Loved hearing about your experience!!!! I did WN for about 6 weeks a couple of years ago and it was a great way to get rid of so much slow moving inventory. back then, it was so new for the clothing arena, that people were not willing to pay much for items. You had some great items and some more basic items, but it looks like you did well overall. Which tells me, that maybe there are more midline spenders on the platform now, versus last time. It may be time to revisit. Thanks for being so transparent, honest and just your plain ol' brilliant self. Love you girl!!
It was so wonderful to connect with you over on Whatnot! I don’t know how else to get in touch but I’d love to chat again soon 😊 great job with your marathon, Becky!!
Ok, so I dont have a utube following to do and get these whatnot show results and have a rep. From there to assist, so will make alot less. ..hm. I'm happy to see it went well, hope ppl dont forget these details and deam on $$ end of week. ❤😊 fun to see. Ty ☀️
For sure. This was extreme in every sense of the word. BUT I will say there is a physical person from whatnot who onboards each and every person when they first join and helps answer questions.
I’ve been watching your videos for years and really enjoyed seeing you live on WN! I was able to get several great items but my favorite is the Sweaty Betty pullover!! I hope you continue to do shows.
Wow Becky...so much work in such a congested amount of time. Really interested in the true bottom line figures. I use FLYP to input all my sales in and it calcs for me I just put in the sale price, the COG, and the fee...and it calcs and adds to the graph chart of my sales. I know you have a LOT to go through though. I don't think I'd EVER do 10 days of shows...nope. I haven't been on whatnot. But interesting how your other things sold too. And nice that some of your things sold for a decent amount as well. Now...what was I going to say? Hmm. Oh...did you have any "giveaways"...maybe you said and I missed it. And how long was each item up for sale? I heard its like 15 S, 30 S, 45 S, 1 min? I haven't been on it but watched Crazy Lamp Lady sale once. Ok well, just curious. MAYBE one day I might give a try.
I bought the Doc Martens! Thank you for the great deal! Hope it helps to know that they are being used by my son who is on his feet all day :) You did an amazing job with the Whatnot shows! Its nice to get rid of stale inventory - it helps to sell in quanity, overall it seems to work best sometimes
I missed them all!!! 😢 I hope you have more coming up. You have enlightened us about what not. I was not aware of moving poshmark items to WN and didn't understand how you can do this???? Thanks for the info!!
you don't have to schedule it! I used to work for the post office you can put flag up on box and they should let you send with them. but i used to pick up 2000 items a day from one lady in Atlanta daily on my route she would fill my truck up
Did your numbers reflect cost of goods as well? I may have missed that part. I’m newer on whatnot and only doing 1 show a week right now. I’m making sales, but sometimes my great items don’t go for near what I had hoped. I have no social media following, so I think time and consistency is what it will take. Grateful for the bins so I am still making a profit. Good info! ❤
I did share my cost of goods! I estimated that I spent around $1800. But yes-I do think this is harder to start without a social media following, but I truly believe that anyone who shows up with consistency and great items can do well.
@@beckyparkco I’ve found most of my followers so far are resellers and I’m totally good with that. Basically what I’m making on my shows covers all my weekly bins hauls so basically everything I’m listing on Poshmark and eBay are all totally profit. I died inside the other night when my Johnny was went got $6 tho! I’m doing a Nashville themed show tomorrow night, hoping that will be a fun one! I’m going to look out for your next show.
@@parismadrid8586 one tip I’d have for people who don’t have huge followings yet-start your bids higher where you’re comfortable with the item selling at that price. I would have died too 😩 But hopefully now that person comes back and continues to support you bc they got a great deal from you!
@@beckyparkco I’ve been starting at $5 and then at the end of the show I’ll rerun things for $3 and often they sell for that or a little more. I’m bringing my best brands like free people, Anthro, Zara, etc and been listing most of my men’s and shoes in my stores. I’m going to follow you now and hopefully catch your next show! I also notice the later in the night I go, the more viewers I get in. I think there is less competion at that time. Also been playing with promoting my shows and it’s been worth the spend!
I would try whatnot! www.whatnot.com/invite/seller/beckypark. If you market well and build up a little following, you can do super well. I moved 136 items in my last show 😵💫 For your first few shows, I would recommend starting the bid at what you’re comfortable with. Don’t do a $3 start on a luxury item, especially because you probably won’t have a lot of people in the show when you first start out. But yes-whatnot is a GREAT way to live a lot of product at once.
I love USPS porch pickup! I go ahead schedule mine for 3 months out for Mon, Wed and Fri. But my mail lady is so sweet that if I put the packages out by my carport and hang a red ribbon, she will stop and get them whether I have pickup scheduled or not. ❤
Are you asking about shipping on whatnot? If so, they send you a label, and it’ll show if it can go usps ground or priority mail. They make it super easy.
this isnt how it is. nobody helps anyone. everyone sells everything for 50% below comps. its impossible to start as a new streamer and compete with anyone because of that
Buyers giveaways are good way to get people excited also knowing how much item prices are on eBay or Poshmark. When you see your excitement about the item which you do anyway. I like the way you did your shows. I couldn’t buy, wish I could have. Karen Brighton.🇬🇧
Congrats Becky!! You have always inspired me. I took a course with you about two years ago, however, I have struggled to get started. I am hoping to get this going this year. Thank you for all you do. ❤
This was amazing Becky. You are so confident and I love how you explained things. Thanks so much!
Aww thank you for the kind words!

Yes-I do think it’s pretty different now compared to a couple years ago! I’d love to hear how it is for you if you get back on!
I’m happy that your experiment went well! Great job!
Thank you!!!

I haven’t heard much about how you track who buys what. I guess I need to just watch a live ❤
Becky it truly was amazing getting to know you a little bit better over your marathon. You know if you ever come back full time, Aly and I gotchu 😂

👍This is an aside... but you are an easy "listen". Maybe you don't need a product; maybe you are the product.🤔 Hope this helps.😉❣

Thanks for the info!!
It’s super easy! Whatnot also has a lot of FAQs you can go to with instructional videos.
That is a great quote ! I tend to do the opposite by putting in less effort when it's not going well because I feel like "Why bother?"
How did you decide how much to charge for shipping? Does Whatnot give you a discount on shipping like eBay?
Revenue is after fees, giveaways and shipping adjustments :)
Ahhhhhhhh that makes sense. And you would know because you’re a whatnot pro!!!!!!
Hi Becky! Do you wash all your clothes for your whatnot sales? That sounds daunting and I was wondering. Thanks
