Thank you, Peter! Our family has visted the falls since the 70's. It's a "must have" stop for any U.P. adventure. Love your videos.

I was there 2 years ago. You are right about those stairs by the falls being sketchy. They are very steep. I had my 2 dogs with me, and it wasn't fun going down those steps with both of them and my bad knees. Beautiful place though.

That is a beautiful waterfall. We didn't see that one. I was really impressed with how well maintained the areas in the UP were. They really do a nice job. You had some gorgeous photo images of the falls. I enjoyed the look around the grounds as well.
I really do have to thank you, we got to experience quite a few places last year, that I found thanks to your episodes 😊

@@SconnyWandering that is awesome!! You are going to love the giants! Be sure to go to Fern Canyon. I think you need a permit, same for Tall Trees Trail. Both are worth your time

@SconnyWandering I remember the road is narrow in some spots, but not bad. I hope you get a chance on your visit through California to find one of the Sequoia groves on your visit in the Sirrea. Big Trees State Park in Calaveras is an easy access one. We just went there in May.

@@SconnyWandering I didn't know there was camping available and how the system works. Pretty neat.

I'm a local and I would like to mention that you can park at the top by the dam and walk down. There is no charge for doing so.

have you gone to peshtigo? It seems no one is there while the other places are overcrowded. Down the road is old Jed's campground. I tried to camp there as an 18 yr old with a friend but we were accused of looking for boys, 40 years ago. So my camping was thwarted.
