Important to let people know about Mizuki even if this video is like 2 years old: Mizuki has been buffed a bit thanks to the new action called "ORDER YOUR ALLIES TO ATTACK", making all her allies attack the foes. Having a ton of allies lets Mizuki to deal incredible bouts of damage with a relatively moderate speed if using the perk "FAME."

With the new item Kirie's bag, you can endlessly cycle spells without any cost whatsoever. In fact, you can gain infinite reason by doing so (every cycle has a chance of granting +1 reason). This makes it extremely worth it to reroll for self-therapy since you can cycle for expell evils once you get it and neglect the increased doom. Overall SS tier character
I really hope the devs don't abandon this game, we're about a year dry on updates. It's understandable, especially for indie devs, life is hard and busy. Nonetheless long hiatuses don't bode well.
Not sure if you saw, but the dev posted an update on their twitter saying they've had a pretty chaotic year but they show off some upcoming content in screenshots :)

If you give Moriko the fueled chainsaw she'll become a fucking monster cause it's a perception weapon. Its very fast and does alot of damage however you're gonna need to do some achievement unlocks to get it

It gives +1 to both health stats and can offer 1 more or 5 xp bonus. if you have a bottle fill it for another sta. the cabinet behind the character can be opened. this will give a bottle or library notes. you can use this for a free spell before you take a bath.
I've beaten this game with every single character except Mizuki. I don't know what it is about her but I simply cannot seem to wrap my head around her mechanics.
I played on Switch. Really good game BUT damn hard! Way too RNG dependant too. Also the only character which I managed to beat a Hard Playthrough was Aiko since with her unique perks she basically destroys every enemy so you can get levels and items easy. In fact by the late game I was looking for enemies to beat!
Note: They have updated the students notes/self healing loop. Now I think you can get about ten spells before the item is discarded. Just got the game last night, best purchase in months. Went to bed at 3am instead of 11pm lol.
You know what would be great a mod that swap the places of the playable human characters and the Eldredge Gods could you imagine! All the exclusive stuff would probably be renamed, but it would work pretty much the same except maybe some cut scenes and artwork but that’s basic mod stuff
