I disagree with the opinion on hair growth. When I started menopause, my hair kept getting shorter. I don't think I've cut it in 10 years, so it has nothing to do with haircuts. My hair was at my lower back and it got as short as shoulder length. I heard about putting castor oil I your shampoo and tried it. My hair has grown back to lower back plus an inch or so. I would recommend trying it. It doesn't hurt anything. Just mix it in your shampoo bottle and use normally.
I add it to my shampoo. Just squeeze in a generous amount and stir and/ or shake it up. Shake the bottle before using it to make sure it hasn't separated.
I’m 61 soon 62 in May, my hair grows like a weed, all natural without any use of oil or any products. My hair has always grown fast and it’s thick. I guess I should consider myself blessed. 🙏🏼

Castor oil kills the mites that live in the follicle, if you have these mites (highly contagious), they have been proven to cause hair loss and eyebrow/lash loss. It was a main ingredient in mens hair oil until the 1970's. I used it nightly on my eyes for 4months and can see at least a dozen new eyebrows.. I wouldn't call that a great result! but perhaps I didn't have the mites.. It's the basis of most serums, certainly the brand I buy (Aesop).

After trying for 1 week, i now see those dark areas have now become even more darker ! And the skin in those areas instead of becoming softer have now become thicker and harder !! So it didnt work for me. the results have been completely opposite to what i wanted it to be. Does anyone know what went wrong and why it didnt work for me ? Has anyone else had similar issues ? And i have had lots of hair growth in those dark areas where i applied the castor oil ! But i did not want any hair to grow in those areas.!! I now feel like crying, becauae my skin in those areas have now become a lot more darker than before and more thicker with lots of hair. It looks ugly. It does actually work. It thickens and romotes hair growth. These people love downplaying natural remedies. I ignore them.
