Record Haul from Trip to London this Weekend

On a trip to London to see the Flaming Lips I headed to Ladbroke Grove / Portabello Road to browse some record stores. Here's a quick run-through of my haul...

Hi Andy , brave man heading to Portobello ! Tend to avoid and head to Music and Video Exchange which is nearby , some great pick ups though and saw the 1982 Asia tour at Wembley and got backstage to meet Steve Howe, before days of heavy security

You should check out Sad Wings Of Destiny by Judas Priest. My favourite album by them. I have heard good things of Honest John.

I always love to see scenes from where people live and record stores. What we often take for granted as ordinary others find it very interesting. Nice find on the Priest album. Hope to see you in leather on the next video

Hi Andy, nice to hear of your trip down memory Lane to Shepard’s Bush. Also nice to see the Flaming Lips footage. The Manchester show was excellent, I was down the front with my youngest two so got to hit giant balloons etc. The house is now strewn with confetti that managed to find its way home with us! Andy
