Fun Q & A!! TY for sharing. :) I also tell people that I pole, because it will slowly melt away the stigma... I have definitely slid-fallen, but I try to remember to use a mat when I'm trying something new. Question for you ladies!! How do you keep your skin moisturized AND avoid being lotion-slippery on the pole? Please share!
