This class is for anyone looking to nail more advanced pole tricks but feels limited by strength or flexibility. Or if you're coming back from a break and want to rebuild strength and flexibility.
Strength: We'll practice different grips, pull-ups, holds, knee hooks, spins, climbs, inverts, and handstand preparation.
Flexibility: We’ll work on straddles, pancakes, active splits, shoulders, and both upper and lower back flexibility.
