Bassani Super Bike 2 Into 1 Exhaust Install

- I have just swapped my Sawicki pipe with the Bassani Super Bike ! Why ? Well take a look at the video where I explain my future installs that require a lower/ shorter exhaust.
The Bassani "SUPER BIKE" 2-1 Exhaust Is One Of Bassani's newer exhaust systems designed for the softail and touring models and in terms of fitment it answers all my needs for my planned saddle bags upgrade.

Yup! I'm looking to get the Rebel chopped bags from Nasty Hog for my ST, not sure if those are the same ones you're looking at. Been looking up different exhausts that'll work with them, this Bassani looks awesome! Think I'll end up trying out the vance and hines hi output one

Waiting to see the dyno difference. I would think the sawicki would make more power. But bassani always looks and sounds really good. I predict the bassani makes better upperlow - mid range and the sawicki makes better off idle tq and top end.
I never locktite anything just crc brake grease very sparingly torque everything but i go less than factory specs 500,000 miles on 14 harleys since 16 now 59 not one bolt ever came loose

I would absolutely Fast Johnnie a Lowrider ST mod for mod like yours but I'd use Advanblack color matched hard bags, tour pack & chin fairing with wrap around LED's. Love the 8" klockwerks windshield. Do you have the illumiguards too?
My brother put the mustang touring saddle with rider backrest on his RG3 last week , Its way nicer than the saddlemen stairstep y'all are using

Concerning Lock tite I have heard it depends on heat, there’s blue, red and green and apparently blue is no heat red is moderate heat and green is high heat. Now the true question is what ones right.

My Gallop exhaust came with all hardware and gaskets.
I have the Bassani road rage 3 on my low rider ST, but yours is much deeper sounding. I wonder if I can just change the muffler? I may need to call them next week. Also, I just added Advan Black brackets and touring model bags on my ST. I love the look of them and more room than the suitcases.
That pipe rises up also... are you sure it's gonna work with your new bag application? Also pipe diameter is bigger than the sawicki...

I hate the Sawicki pipes just because they have those spring clips in the front as opposed to the back of the pipes where it would be hidden from plane view.

This Bassani is likely going to be even louder, plus the outlet is even closer to you and your ear.... Might be a issue when touring. Otherwise, nice 😎 .
How are you liking the exhaust is it still on bike lol. How is it Cruising 80mph down the highway on long trips?
Exhaust is great ! Has a deeper sound- more “Raspy” same loudness as the other ! My Bassani is staying on 💪🏻👍🏻
