I was a basketball official for High School in OH and we (refs) had to have enough control of our emotions to ignore the crowd, (both sides), the Coaches, the players, everyone had emotions about the game so it was not productive for us to make things worse by over reacting to the heat of the moment from fans, players, and coaches. It wasn’t that hard to disconnect the heat of the moment for most experienced refs. This guy is supposed to be a professional umpire! My question is where is this guy’s professional conduct????

@@jonhohensee3258 Stubbornness. I just looked it up ad realized I spelled it wrong. My mistake. :)
he's probably betting on the games
I'm surprised nobody's suggested this was some sort of gambling thing. Tell a friend to bet on a star pitcher not lasting more than a few innings, throw pitcher out of the game, profit, apologize and say you were being a dick that day.
Love your channel. Not the least of all for your Star Wars background music.
MLB needs a miracle. Manfred destroyed what was left.
Little man making little man calls
he's probably betting on games.
The union will back him, wtf
The Bautista pitch was a mean curve for a strike and I’m a Jays fan
Anyone who is going to hold my hand and massage it for a minute at least owes me a nice dinner first.
It’s those rough hands that that gives him a job in the first place
he's gonna sue you
Learning lessons is for minor league or amateurs.
In the "Big Leagues", it is incumbent on each person to behave professionally.
Bellino should be fired.
I have no faith in this man's genuine abilities or skills to be a pro ump.
Being successful Doesn’t make you a good person it generally amplified your personality, whether good or bad..
Seems like Dan Belino is just umping just to screw around. He seems like he could easily not ump and be more successful.
He's a lawyer.

I will be very blunt. I should never know the name of an Ump. Angel Hernandez. Joe West. And now this clown. Good on him for being educated and a member of the bar, but unless or until I sign a client agreement with him, I should not know his name. He's already failed in that regard, and should be fired for it.
Well there is one umpire you should know, his name is John something, I forgot lol. He’s a very good umpire. He almost had a perfect game calling balls and strikes. He only missed one call that even that call was borderline
MLB PLEASE TELL THESE INCOMPETENT UMPIRES THAT NOBODY PAYS MONEY TO SEE THEM. GLORY HOUNDS
I’m not sure if it’s as much as being immature but maybe more about his ego. He actually thinks people pay money to watch HIM umpire. Sadly, that’s how the umpires are today - it’s all about them instead of just letting the stars perform.
my thought on people who officiate pro sports is this, it don't matter if i like them or not mlb, nba, nhl, nfl could careless about what i think about them! so you can look up what they have done or are doing, you're gonna get laughed at by the organizations THEY DON'T CARE! PERIOD, what we think about them!
How much you wanna bet that this dude gambles on the games he calls
That creepy umpire is a loon.
That hand hold and loving gaze is a little bit creepy...
have you ever considered starting a podcast cause I would listen
Yeah that incident with Baumgartner was creepy maybe they should stop the mandatory checking of the hand I don't see them checking the bats everytime. Take the tech out of the dugout and let's get back to baseball. They should have steps in punishment of things that are inappropriate firing him for that is insane
He’s lucky Bumgardner didn’t put him in a coma with one punch.
The funny thing is, everyone shows this in slow motion. Show it in real time!! It was literally a couple seconds and the pitcher freaked.
he had money on the game for sure. He knew exactly how to get under madbums skin. Ejections should be reviewed if it was actually necessary, Most of the time its the ump on a power trip.
I saw the title and thought, "dang I thought Joe West retired"
What he did to madbumb deserves a mini vacation
Before Pete got banned, I never knew the umps name.
Bam. Bam. Down goes Belino. Down goes Belino.
Bob Davidson. Davidson was the most immature umpire I have ever seen. Often laughing at and flinging his hand towards players and managers.
I've said it since my minor league yrs in 90s, Umpires need to be 1 of 2 specific positions based on grading. 1-Behind the Plate ONLY.
2-NOT behind the plate EVER. Bases Only..
I just caught this video and I share your thoughts very strongly!!! I have been boycotting baseball for about at least 8 yrs because of bad umpiring. The thing is not the mistakes because they are human but its the god like complex that umps have. I am only one but it's gotta start somewhere. They are destroying the game I love😡
It takes a certain type to be a lawyer
Easy way to get an edge with the bets is toss the starting pitcher in the 1st.
I have no doubts the ump's are betting on the games.
Thank the Lord he's behind the plate instead of behind a bench.
