Plastic Man 75th Anniversary Tribute

Happy 75th Anniversary to Patrick "Eel" O'Brian aka DC Comics' Plastic Man. Plastic Man first appeared in Police Comics issue 1 in 1941. Plastic Man's publisher was Quality Comics from 1941-1956, in 1956 he was picked up by DC Comics.
