Thanks brother - simple!
Thanks, I appreciate it!
I'm still on 160s,can't wait for two 203s as I've put weight on lolz
I like big brakes and I cannot lie. 😉
@@ProZacksProjects 🤣
To true the disc you tighten it loosely spin the wheel then pull brake, this will centralise the rotor then nip it up
I appreciate the pointer!
@@ProZacksProjects I'm always telling folk crap they already know 😃🙏
@@ianmangham4570 well that was a new one to me. 😁
180mm should be standard
Agreed!
Have u had problem with frame craking or adapter cracked on the rear
Not yet but I also don’t ride my bike that hard.
next 220mm rotor please
I reported the other pervert’s comment. You’re welcome.
Thank you. I saw that creepo and hit report and remove too.
My brakes are loud
Have you asked them to be quiet?
What size is your adaptor bro
I have a 67 lb fat tire folding ebike and was about to go from 160mm to something larger, when I read that you have to check with the manufacturer because there is the potential to snap the fork due to too much braking power. Did you consider this? Ever had a problem of too much braking power?
I actually checked with the mfr in China and they told me not to go larger than 160 mm.
My current brakes are insufficient going downhill and howl like the dickens with prolonged usage. I have to do something.
Wow. I haven’t had any issues and I do nail them hard just for fun. Snapping the forks shouldn’t be an issue unless they’re very poorly made in which case I wouldn’t feel safe riding them. My brakes and my forks are holding up great. If you do decide to try them, I hope it goes well for you and that the forks don’t snap.
@@ProZacksProjects Thanks for that. I've decided that it's because my eBike weighs 70 lbs. Probably not an issue for the lighter bikes. I went with enlarging the rotor on the rear wheel from 160mm to 203mm. I don't think the frame is as vulnerable as the fork.
@@bluemoonie7650 did it make a difference stopping?
@@ireland66613 it makes a difference on long downhill rides where I have to ride the brakes. And the threshold of howling brakes is a little higher.
@@bluemoonie7650 very cool thanks for the replying
Im currently using 160 rotors i wand to upgrade to 203 rotors my bike is 27.5 is this possible to do thanks guys
My bike is a 26” so you should be fine. If you look for caliper adapters for 160mm to 203mm you should find some. There’s a lot on Amazon.
@ProZacksProjects thanks for your help very much appreciated 👍
4 month usage review/update?
They're still holding up perfect. The only downside is that l accidently sprayed some penetrating oil and it got on the front rotor. Aside from that, they lock up very well. It takes no effort to put it up on the front wheel.
Cool, any links to products?
I just added them. Thank you for asking.
@@ProZacksProjects side mount adaptor links to the wrong size fyi
@@bastiaan1532 whoops. I'll fix that
@@bastiaan1532 they ran out of 203mm. I'll update the info. Thank you for letting me know.
@@ProZacksProjects I ended up just buying two post mount adaptors and will install one of them on the original rear side mount adaptor. 🤞🤞 Lol
I`m wondering, I have a polygon xtrada 6 and it has a SUNTOUR XCR32 LO-R, 120MM, and it says in the user manual that a "flat mounted" this fork will only support a 160mm rotor which for me is just not enough as I am a little fatty lol, will I have any issues fitting a 203 in the front and 180 in the back ?
That’s an excellent question. I would recommend buying a 203mm adapter and see if the mount and caliper fit. It should but if not, you can send the mount back.
What is your wheel size? Is it 27.5
It’s 26”

Please get a tripod
I have one, I'm just a terrible videographer. I'm going to use it more. 🙂
