Actually watched your GF Soda Bread first; and your little Sous Chef Benji is completely adorable! 🥰 Your traditional recipe and finished product stood out a mile…..the ending really clinched it for me! Happy Easter... wow I learnt so much, I so was going wrong with dough, sticky wet for fluffyness, never knew kept adding flour, yip, I produced rocks... one a penny two a penny now there's a memory brought to life... have a good one ..
I made them the other day but using another recipe. They came out hard once out of the oven. I will definitely try your recipe and see what is like. Thank you !

I took them out of the fridge and turned on the oven. Made my cross. So just until the oven came to temp.
