Have recommended to my friends that they 'follow' you Chris...all your recipes turn out soooo good. Over the last week I've baked probably 200 Hot X Buns for family & customers using your recipe. One happy customer commented that she had to move to Spain (where we live) to find HXB's better than Marks & Spencer's.. So thank you Chris for making so many people happy. I made them the other day but using another recipe. They came out hard once out of the oven. I will definitely try your recipe and see what is like. Thank you !
Happy Easter... wow I learnt so much, I so was going wrong with dough, sticky wet for fluffyness, never knew kept adding flour, yip, I produced rocks... one a penny two a penny now there's a memory brought to life... have a good one ..

I took them out of the fridge and turned on the oven. Made my cross. So just until the oven came to temp.
