I'm a sports physiotherapist working with international athletes good information but first thing take good amount of water daily, if your work out is intense take electrolytes, then do proper dynamic warmup sessions , in colling down foam rolling has to be done compulsory, shin bone pain comes inner side as well as in some athletes it comes on outer side , proper stretches and recovery is very important don't blindly do everyday practicing or exercises , recovery like massage or ice bath or contrast bath , reduce your work load
Proper rehab exercises under guidance has to be done to return to ground
If neglected shin pain will be result in stress fracture
Avoid hard surface running use proper insoles support for shoes
