As someone who owns a Wii U, it even _feels_ like a Wii U accessory. There's a whole Wii menu, *ON* the Wii U. You can use Wii controllers, play Wii games, and the console even looks like the Wii.

It is also being manufactured by a different company who acquired its production rights from Sega. I had the joy of playing these from the NES on up. Always loved Them even as the PlayStation became my main system and I always had a Nintendo console I could fall back on.

Fun fact: the Wii u and the Nintendo switch have the same design just things a bit diferent NINTENDO WAS LAZY
Because the Switch is basically an expansion on the Wii U concept.
Dumb dumb, nintendo took the best part of the ideas of wii u and refined it to become switch
I think because the Wii U was a flop they were trying to expand upon it and improve the concept not them being lazy

I'm glad this is an actual evolution video with a lot of effort and editing put in, not just clips of games and the design of the consoles. It explains a lot about the consoles. Honestly, you guys should have at least more than 500k subscribers, easily the best evolution video i've ever watched.
