You dear Lisa are a true gem! I love how you thoughtfully spoke of what it takes to tackle our tasks, and really so many things in life. Joy does come after hard work!!! On all levels.
This video was a pleasure to watch. It is so important that we are good stewards of our time, spirit, and our home environment. We have a 1927 Spanish Home that has required us several years to get messy. We are nearing the final stages of our remodeling (back to the 1927 style and color matching). Not only that, but we have dug down to through 95 years of layers to uncover the heartbeat of the original house. It has been so hard and challenging to dig through a section of the house that had old termite damage (we literally gutted this section down to the dirt and old terracotta block walls). Your videos offer a soft message of looking to the beautiful and ordering our lives. Thank you, keep sending these positive vibes.
I love hearing your story! What an amazing feat and journey you’ve been on. When it’s all finished, my hunch is you’re going to start wondering what’s next ha! 😜 As we’ve learned, there is so much satisfaction from creating order out of chaos! The bigger the mess- the greater the satisfaction when it’s conquered bit by bit!! 💪🏻 Thank you so much for sharing (and for your kind encouragement). Xo 💖
Lisa, this is such a beautiful reminder, thank you! I would love to know about your skin care routine. Also, I love your style and would like to know what pieces do you look for when creating a home and what pieces you pass on.
I love how you put large baskets up high. I have so many baskets of all shapes and sizes. Putting them up really brings attention to them. I just tried this in our living room atop our modular TV cabinet as it was such high ceilings. Its looks beautiful and freed up floor space in our sitting room off of the kitchen.
I appreciate this message, yes sometimes you have to get dirty to get the reward in the end. I would love to see more homemaking and lifestyle videos as well as wordrobe/ style videos! Keep up the great work, sending love ❤
I love these life lessons and simple home making motivation and tips. I haven’t been taught how to set a beautiful table stuff like that. I love your home. I’d also enjoy a video overview of your home and gardens
I so appreciate your feedback Amanda and have so much more I can’t wait to share! Please check out our Cozy California home tour posted in May for overview. Tomorrow we’re going to start filming the detailed steps we took to transform our rooms, spaces and home. It’s a step by step how-to for any taste or preference. Thanks for reaching out! 🩷
Very ❤well put ❤you are definitely an old soul and it totally makes sense 🥰 Stepping out of your comfort zone and taking risks and shaking things up ! Life is a continuous dance and let’s appreciate even the smallest successes 🌈😀LOVE your home❤️🥰Cindy
Yes! That's it precisely! We humans want the rewards without doing the "dirty work", but it's the "dirty work" that ends up being just as fulfilling in the end... even when it's really hard. :)
I love your videos I love watching you I was thinking maybe you can do some decorating videos in your home whatever else you are like doing that will be fine you have a beautiful home see you next one my friend and God bless❤😊
Thank you for your lovely videos. Keep them coming! I especially love how you wear dresses- I have given up pants completely and only wear dresses; however, I struggle to find workout clothes that don't put all my curves on parade; workout clothes that hide the feminine mystery the way dresses do. I agree with some other comments below- a video (or two. . . or three. . . or more) on wardrobe would be lovely!
Thank you Rose 🌹! I love hearing from a sister dress aficionado 😆 - bc we are so few! My take on workout clothes (which I wear 3-4 days x week) is to wear them only to workout 🏋️ then they get peeled off and into the wash. “Feminine mystery” is a wonderful way of describing dresses!! Welcome welcome!! 🩷🌹
This is a great idea 💡. I do clean our home, and have a schedule that’s so built in to our lifestyle that I hardly think about it (with minimal fuss and maximum clean). 🌻
Thanks for reaching out and communicating your concern to me. I absolutely don't promote anything but the highest possibilities for living life well. It's something I'm always working at in my own life, so I'm simply sharing what I can here. Have a blessed day! xo

I keep thinking I’ve misunderstood your request, and I value your input! Are you suggesting an aerial overview?

Hi Lisa - would you share a bit of your marriage story? How you met your husband, sharing his home together, etc! ❤
Absolutely, it’s on the docket! Just trying to figure out the best way to present it. 🩷
Please share your cleaning schedule; or a cleaning video.
