    Hey creator i have a question.
    Answer according to your experience.
    1)does this pen makes any difference in experience if taken in comparision with other normal ink pens? Does anything gets better if i seitch to this from ink pens ?
    2) does it get messy just like the normal ink pens? Or not at all?
    3)is the nip of the glass rounded enough to not tear the paper?
    4)what makes this instrument/tool your favourite form of art?

    • @pinkusdean1178
      @pinkusdean1178 2 года назад +1

      @@Krissyisawake you just need to dip it in glass cleaner and the ink just comes right off, though there's probably an ink that does stain but haven't seen any. Water can also clean the pen but depends on the ink being used, even if it's dried on its still pretty easy to clean you just need to soak it

    I’m a calligrapher and artist and have at least 10 of these haha. You can get different tips and colors and everything, they’re so much fun! If any one’s wondering where to get them, all of mine are from Amazon and they’re great quality, none came broken. The inks they come with, however, aren’t the best, but they do work. Also, I’d like to say that the ink you use really matters. Some inks dry on the pen and cause you to have to redip and clean your pen more frequently, so play around with different brands till you find one that works for you. I love Windsor and newton inks, but they dry kinda fast unfortunately. If anyone has ink recommendations though, please lmk!

      i get that this is probably a joke but for anyone genuinely wondering, dip pens have the benefit of more line weight variation, the ability to use waterproof and lightfast inks, coloured inks, water soluble inks for watercolour-like effects, alcohol inks, and you also always know exactly how much ink you have left!

    • @shoca3427

      @@lilliefluff but can't you get those effects with the pens with different types of cartridges and most pens are made so you can see how much ink is left

    • @lilliefluff
      @lilliefluff 2 года назад +1

      @@shoca3427 not really, you may be able to find coloured ink pens for instance but most aren't lightfast and many aren't waterproof, they don't have much line weight variation unless it's a brush pen but those are different entirely and may have too much variaton, things like watercolour style inks and alcohol inks are probably nearly nonexistent here unless you put them in a cartridge yourself, and even if all of these weren't true, you'd still need to either switch cartridges (and pen tips?) absolutely constantly or just own a massive amount of different pens for everything when instead you could just have a few dip pens with a nice collection of inks that are often useful even with other art supplies
      also, i don't know if it's just me but the vast majority of pens i've owned have only let me see the ink amount by disassembling them and the few that weren't like that were also far from artist quality

    Please consider making a listing for the pen alone to make it more affordable. The price isn't really bad considering but it might be a good idea for more sales. I'm an artist already (coincidentally also named Hannah lol) and have supplies like ink, so getting an entire kit doesn't really benefit me.
