What did we miss? What are your favorite Mind Reading Tricks?
pizza party ! the swami writer.
A. B. See by Spidey
Psypher is great
Also zandman book test and drew lecture is great
Enigma by Christian Grace, an absolute beast
Thanks Nick for the effort. I find these Top 10 genre of posts to be very valuable as they save me time n effort when sourcing appropriate material. Regards.
Penguin is on a roll lately. Nick and Erik have been killing it!!! Top 5 sleights, double backer tricks, double facer tricks, now top 10 mind reading tricks?!?! All of this is greatly appreciated, keep up the great work!!!
Great countdown!! Really enjoyed.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Love to see this video! Personally I've just discovered Ran Pink's T-Rex center tear, it's the first that I've considered performing. Acidus Novus is defiinitely not a center tear though haha...maybe something got cut out in editing there. I've never liked the CT, and I like acidus for that reason, one doesn't have to illogically destroy the piece of writing. Great content, psyched for more mentalism and mindreading, and of course recommendations from Nick and Erik
Jan Forsters Penguin Live - YES, I absolutuely agree!!!
What am I missing about Jan Forster's penguin live? Nothing really caught my attention on my first watch-through. I thought it could be that I am a close-up, not a stage, mentalist, but I think I ought to give it another watch. Anything I should look out for?
Great list!
B'wave can be presented within this genre... I got an sense of how your mind ticks since X just came up and... weirdly enough, that matches a strange inkling I got yesterday... So as an experiment, I placed a particular set of cards in this wallet/envelope/glass etc... and I think it might just follow from what we've discovered about you today that you know something about these cards...
Nick said no predictions
@@elopers6424 And B'wave can be presented within this genre because I predict that slavishly following rules, especially against human expression, will prove decidedly unmagical in the future... If not the very near future.
Thanks for the list!
Is the handling and switching of billets in "Name & Place by Bob Cassidy" difficult ?
Can it be done by beginners ?
It can be done by beginners but it will need some practice. There is sleight of hand required but it's technically easy to do. The psychology and timing of the routine is the difficult part.
Some of my top mind rrading tricks -
Trilogy extreme alakazam
Sven deck
Sven pad
Bip book
DFB
What about NEXUZ by Jean Mind 😊?
What’s the best organic peak device or method?
That really comes down to preference. Something like Razor Wallet is pretty organic if you like the style of the wallet. Acidus Novus is pretty organic if you have a business card on you. And Psypher can be installed into a deck of cards or a pad of paper. So if you see those things as organic then that's a great choice as well
Acidus Novus isn't a center tear
So i know this isnt related to the video, but i got nobody to ask😂😂.. i need yalls help bad..Ive been trying to find a certain card or deck where.. you force a certain card..and you reveal a face card.. usually its the queen.. obviously the wrong card.. but shes holding the said force card.. can you guys help me please😂😂😂.. ive been looking for ever dude!!.. and if you guys have it on your website i will glady order
Yeah, so traditionally this is just done with the Queen of Spades. She is holding a handkerchief that looks like the Six of Spades. That's the origin of the trick.
You are no doubt referring to the trick by Asi Wind performed on the Huberman podcast. That is an Asi Wind original. It is not available on our website but it is available on Asi Wind's website. It's called Gypsy Queen by Asi Wind.
@@penguinmagicshop omg thank you so much
Don't most of the Daniel Madison decks have a queen revealing a card? I'm not 100%, but you might want to check it out.
I had my psypher in my cards, and one of my 8th grade students stole my dmc deck with psypher ready to go.. 😞
brutal. F
So is it good? I see someone else in the comments said thumbs down. What you think? Should I grab it?
@@thecraft0490 psypher? Yes it's good. I'm going to get another one when I have some cash.
Who’s teaching these kids these days?
Smilesotheylikeyou
@@thecraft0490 Psypher is dope because it uses a Sharpie, and can be cut to size however the impressions can be soft/light. :The Informer: is super strong and can be 20 cards deep and always has a clear impression but it is not a Sharpie and can not be cut to size. I own both and use both depending on the situation.
Ran pink other center tear T. rex is far superior to ran pink
Psyher is one of the worst 👎 impression buy it to realize I said the truth😂😂😂.. Most of the value is in the lecture recommended.
I agree, Psypher specially has an unclear impression, and that could be a big problem if spectator has a bad handwriting also.
Which impression device do you prefer over Psypher?
@@penguinmagicshop I have The Informer by Lloyd Mobley, haven´t tried Parapad but I think both are similar. Impression is much stronger, anyway I think wouldn´t use for words, mostly for numbers
Mereko kuch samajh nehi aya 😂😂😂😂 hindi mein bol bhai😂😂😂😂
peek wallet in NOT a mind reading TRicK!!! Peek wallet is a tool, an utility device to get information...
It's a tool you can use for reading minds. Nick breaks it all down in the video. He covers specific tricks but he thought it would be more helpful to give resources (Penguin Live) and tools ( Psypher, peek wallets, book tests etc.) that could help give you a foundation for mind reading.
If it makes the list I think it should be lower. A little high....when I think of REALLY good mentalists I don't think of wallets.
Buttttt .... If they say they offer great mentalism on the tutorial then why the hell not!
I put the Razor wallet into the Blind Mans Wallet. You can rock 2 spectators at once if needed. I recommend buying blank business cards. They can be used for wallet peaks, Out to Lunch fx, Flame wallets and Name & Place.
P.S. Mental Dice and Color Match are powerful - both available at 🐧
